Perfect hotel for D23 Expo!

Keshia S on Apr 03, 2024

We were hosted for a weekend staycation at Hilton Anaheim and it was a great time! We got to stay on the top floor and had a great view of the Disneyland Resort and got to watch World of Color from our room - I'm sure the fireworks would've been amazing from our room too (but unfortunately they were canceled due to weather). Our room was super spacious and clean. We also ate at MIX restaurant (the on site restaurant) and the food was yummy. Overall the service was great and we loved our experience! This would be the perfect hotel for the upcoming D23 Expo as it is right next to the Anaheim Convention Center!

Too expensive to be this janky.

Lisa Z (Los Angeles, California) on Mar 31, 2024

Yeek. I get this is a high volume hotel. But it is really janky. Kind of falling apart. Holes in walls, scratches all over the doors. Peeling wallpaper. It would probably be ok if the prices were not so high. It costs a lot to self park. They charge extra to check in early, even if your room is ready. $60 for early check in. Ouch. However, the staff are SO SO nice and helpful. The people are great, it is just the facility that is need of major upgrade and repair. No working spa anymore, pools were closed. Not great amenities to speak of. The lobby bar is nice and open, I'll say that much. The Marriott across the plaza is much nicer, for about the same price. If you can get a major discount here, then yes, it is a convenient location. But otherwise, I don't really recommend.

Another Shotty Hilton

icantrvl (Madison, Wisconsin) on Mar 31, 2024

Staff is generally friendly but can't compensate for how run down the property is. Not high quality at all, Dated and old. Cold showers most mornings. Paper thin walls that let through TVs and normal conversation. Overpriced. Stay at a lower end brand for the same account of money and get treated like royalty.

Great lobby, Big rooms

MeganLAM (California) on Mar 31, 2024

We loved our stay! Great view of the park & fireworks. Nice staff. All of the employees in the halls were friendly and said hello. Fast room service (burrata & toast is excellent). We walked to the park and it took 18 mins door to door. Not bad. Beds were so comfortable after a long day at the park. Will stay here again.

Beautiful lobby, disgusting room

Shannon L on Mar 31, 2024

This was a Disneyland trip with my daughter and this hotel is a Good Neighbor hotel on the Disneyland booking app. The lobby looks like a 5 star hotel. My room was disgusting (room #8338). While the room was spacious:: 2 queen beds, with desk, refrigerator/bar area and a spacious sitting area separate from the beds, there were stains on the carpet and drapes, cracks and crazing in the bathroom sink (which made the sink look dirty due to dark coloring in the cracks), there was dust on the nightstand lamp and phone and an orange discoloration (mildew?) between my bed and the nightstand on the wall. Also, it looked like an animal chewed the desk leg. This is not what I imagine a Hilton to look like. We picked this hotel because there is a ART shuttle to the theme park that picks up right outside the hotel (which is very convenient) and I have a membership with Hilton. I will never stay at this hotel again and it is making me question whether I stay at any other Hilton's in the future.
