I was really unhappy with this hotel. Stains on walls! Bathroom floor dirty! Curtains had stains and drips! Mirror was filthy with dust! Stains on sheets! Toilet clogged asked for plunger sent someone who refused to enter the room wanted me to move my whole family out told him to just leave the plunger he set it by door and walked away. I feel like if they are going to be open and charge the prices they do they need to provide better service and make sure there rooms are more cleaner and not so dirty! Room 2405 is where we stayed. I will never stay here again

We stayed here as a large group for a conference. The hotel rooms were filthy. A colleague brought wipes for us to use and the surfaces were gross. Bathroom, tables, doorknobs, etc. The fixtures in some rooms were broken. The housekeeping staff was very nice as was the front desk staff. There are hotels closer to the conference center that provide breakfast and food. This is not it.

Almost perfect for parents of young kids, with one fatal flaw

The layout of the suite is excellent, nearest the door is the bathroom and king bed for the parents, further in the room, behind a partial wall is the bunk-bed and couch for kids. This works great when you want to put them to bed but aren't ready to turn the lights out yourself. There are two sliding doors that close to completely isolate the kids "room" from your "room". This all works wonderfully, except that the sliding doors are not opaque, they are glass! There is a curtain hung on them, but it is so thin that you can see completely through it from the inner room. It doesn't block light at all, thus defeating the whole point. We worked around this by pulling blankets off the beds and using them to help block the light out. Next time we'll be ready with binder clips to help hang the blankets up, but this could all be fixed if they simply had solid wood doors. The doors don't need to be fancy, they need to actually partition the rooms for privacy and light blocking. Or, if the curtains were actually made of a light blocking material (not just a "privacy" material, a "black out" material) then it would work perfectly. As it is, we will probably stay here again, we will just come prepared to retro-fit our own light blocking solution on the partition doors, but would love to not have to mess with it. As for distance to Disneyland, it isn't "across the street" close, but it's pretty close and conveniently close to CVS. Realistically, if you are walking around the park all day, this isn't going to add much more walking comparatively (assuming you aren't going back and forth multiple times per day).

Amada at this hotel was too kind and beautiful!! Been trying to cancel and reschedule my trip as I’m unable to travel with the health issues at this time and Booking.com wouldn’t call back from a week + but Amada was able to get me fixed up and now I can reschedule with no penalty! Thank you once again and thank you for being so kind and helpful, you rock!!!

Good location close to restaurants but avoid if you are in a wheelchair

Great location. We had a family room on level 2 so was grateful they had a lift. Unfortunately the family rooms were in the second building which required you use a card to open the door. I had broken bones in my foot before the trip so had hired an electric wheelchair. You can’t swipe the card and open the door in a wheelchair without getting out of the chair which which was inconvenient. I could also hear what was happening in the rooms around us and hear people coming back at night and leaving in the morning. The walls are like paper between the rooms so if you are a light sleeper that could be an issue.
