Palm Springs is so beautiful and this is a beautiful hotel! The lobby is pretty and pool is lovely and although it was packed there’s so many chairs it doesn’t bother you. The staff was always very nice, too. The location is perfect, you don’t need a car to get to Restaurants etc. downtown. It’s a short walk, but the pedestrian lighting at night is very poor! (Not the hotels fault) The only issue I had was with the cleanliness of the bathrooms and the condition of the towels, both bathroom and pool towels. They are frayed, stained, and not soft at all. You’re paying over 400$ a night on weekends, you should get nicer amenities in my opinion. All in all, a pretty hotel in a perfect area!

This is a nicely presented hotel. The Lobby is very nice with well maintained exterior and grounds. Rooms are clean, BUT we always have some maintenance issue. We’ve stayed here before. Each time, our experience has been similar. Last issue was before the remodel, so imagine our surprise this visit. This time, our first room had an AC issue. It made a horribly loud rattling noise. Engineering came, confirmed and in the process of troubleshooting, ended up causing the compressor to stop. We moved into a new room, then later that evening discovered a leak in the pipe connecting shower head. Water sprayed out over the shower and saturated floors, sprayed vanity (and my iPhone sitting on it). Luckily a well placed wash cloth diverted water back into shower, and extra towels mopped up the mess. Thank heavens the phone was ok. Better inspection of rooms is needed. Also, please be aware...the lobby has a strong perfume smell. I liked it, but have a child with sensitivities to perfumes and we couldn’t enjoy the lobby. Rooms did not have this perfume smell.

As the title suggests, the hotel started on a high . The hotel main lobby area was very well presented indeed , furnished very well , with nice seating , flooring and lighting. A choice of self parking and valet parking. Reception was quick to check in and offered free cold bottles of water while checked in , which was very much appreciated, since it was in the high thirties. Our room was very roomy , a suite really and very clean and well furnished with nice cushions on the ‘ L’ shaped sofa. The swimming pool and surrounding area was well looked after and very comfortable, with some great music being played by a DJ . The hotel offered a shuttle bus to take you into the town , which is in walking distance, but in the heat of the day was nice to have the choice. They also could bring you back up to a certain time . The down side of the nights stay was an extremely loud air conditioning unit that started to play up at midnight, followed shortly after by some young men in the adjoining room making a right racket and shouting at each over the music they were playing. So my husband went to reception and they gave us another room which we moved into at 1.30 am in the morning and on checking out they offered to reduce our parking by $10 !!! So that was the low . Would go again, but keep our fingers crossed for quiet air conditioning and neighbours.

Had a great stay at this hotel. The hotel is clean and nice. The pool was great, when I was there it was empty! They have I swear a thousand chairs plus cabanas that are reserved and day bed things. I didn’t eat at the hotel as it was pretty pricey, poolside drinks were $10+. I heard they heat the pool in the winter and it’s open year round, but this is what I heard not for certain fact. The hotel is over all good, good location and nice rooms. I would stay again.
