My wife and I just returned from a week at the vacation club. We deliberated over the All-Inclusive package since we'd never done that on previous vacations. Before we left for vacation, I read some negative reviews about the staff (rude, uncooperative, etc.) Nothing could be further from the truth; everyone was courteous and went out of their way to provide the best possible service. Our first night we went to a brand-new restaurant (Punta Sal) - the food was delicious and the head waiter (Cesar) went out of his way to make everyone comfortable during a hectic opening night. There is another restaurant names Gaviotas which served two of the best meals we have ever eaten. I also have to single out Edgar who is the Concierge at the hotel where you need to make reservations for the various restaurants. Although he was constantly busy, he was patient, friendly and very accommodating to last-minute revisions to our schedule. I cannot recommend this resort strongly enough. We will definitely be back.

Pool service was fantastic. Thanya always made sure we never had an empty glass. Pillows could be more firm and a walkable beach would’ve been great ( only reason I wouldn’t give it 5 stars ) Rooms were clean, hotel was well taken care of and staff all around always made sure you were comfortable

everyone at sheraton was amazing really respectfull and really helpfoul they make your stay there really warm ill have to say the entertainment group is fun all of them Barman Fernando is the best guy ive ever met weitresess the best all of them but ill give more comment about ISABEL she was so amazing she was serving me drinks and food with her recomendetion which i really loved it thank you for everything HERMANA

Excellent service by all staff, especially Juan Rosas and Andres at the breakfast buffet and Gama at the pool. Other great features included the availability of chairs at the pool, Thursday night fiesta, pizza station, and view from room.

Husband and I came back from 10 days at the Sheraton Buganvilias - all inclusive. It's hard to adjust back to real life! The hotel could not have been better, extremely clean, pleasant staff, good food and drinks and so many options too! It felt like they went out of their way to make life good for the guests. We really appreciated it all! We tried every a la carte restaurant, including the new one, Punta Sal. All were good (Embarcadero was last on our preferences because of limited menu and inexperienced staff). Punta Sal was an instant hit for us on our last day. Excellent service and awesome food. Everyone is so accommodating: it was our last day so our only chance to try this new restaurant and we showed up close to closing time. They took us in anyway and still gave us fabulous service. (Cesar, I hope you got your supervisor position!). This is true of our whole 10 day stay at the hotel. We needed some help from the phone operator after losing our cell phone and the lady who helped us was so kind and helpful and supportive. I am still grateful to this day. I'm sorry I don't have her name. We ended up eating at the Italian/Pescatore 3 times because we enjoyed the venue and the live saxophone music. Punta Sal has an even better venue! Overall, the a la carte menu items are quite large. We learned to only order one main course to share if ordering appetizers or one appetizer to share. The mezcalitas at the lobby bar were amazing. We have been trying to recreate them at home but to no avail. I guess we will have to return! We also really enjoyed the wood fired pizza place. Yummy! Mexican fiesta and Sunday brunch are not to be missed. Both awesome! The buffet was excellent in that it offered everything! Breakfast was my favourite part of the day: I loved the crepe bar and the omelette bar as well as all the amazing fresh fruits. Anything I could wish for, they had. The great people welcoming us and serving us were great! I really appreciated that there seemed to be a quiet time starting at 9-9:30. I think other entertainment was still available but indoors so the place was quiet at night. We enjoyed the balance of people, old couples, young couples, families with young children or teenagers. It creates a nice atmosphere. Overall an excellent time was had thanks in great part to the Sheraton Buganvilias and staff. Muchas Gracias!
