We have just returned from a fantastic two week trip here! The hotel is wonderful with beautiful grounds, the gardens are kept immaculate. It is spotlessly clean and the food in the buffet was great, had a huge selection for everyone’s needs. The a la carte restaurants were also delicious and enjoyed going to these for something different. The rooms are spacious with very comfortable big beds. The pool area was fab… always managed to get a sun bed with shade with no problem. The beach was so pretty and relaxing ( yes the sea is not perfect) but that didn’t bother us at all. The staff is what makes this hotel extra special … they are all so friendly and hardworking … the guys at the pool bar and the bar in the lobby were great! … Alfred who is one of the entertainers was brilliant at his job.. and we missed him on his days off ! Special mention also to Zair Sabino , she was always a pleasure to see, very hardworking and always happy and smiley and making me practice my Spanish ! And lastly Jose L and Juan Florentine were are very favourite waiters.. they were in the le gourmet restaurant and they always made our evenings fun! We would recommend this hotel to friends and family, thanks for a wonderful time!

Absolutely excellent. Would recommend highly as a quality resort for families and older couples. Not a party hotel. The accommodation, food and friendly service are all excellent. The beach is long, enabling one to walk to the quiet end if the entertainment music is too much. We stayed for 4 weeks and have already booked our third trip for next year. The staff are friendly and very conscientious. Thankyou to Juan and other staff. The food is quality, especially in the a la carte restaurants (50% days) Thankyou for the exceptional quality in the Gourmet and Cappriccio restaurants Thankyou for the spacious and comfortable room and bed, with clean linen. Victoriana looked after us so well . The catamaran was so good too, Thankyou to the water sports staff.

Tui never told us the sea is full of mud and the river nearby does this issue. We saw so many people with jelly fish attacks thus caused issues with the people attacked. Foods are not perfect, rooms clean but if you are to visit to see Caribbean clear waters, this is not the place.

Our experience was absolutely terrible, I booked this resort for my husband’s birthday & it was definitely not a 5 star. Upon arrival there were cockroaches running towards us and we started screaming. When we asked front desk for a new room they said we had visitors and laughed like it was normal as it was the ground level. When we went to the lobby the change our room we had to wait again another half hour, there was cockroaches in that room too. The food was not good at all, there was always a bug in our room, the mirror of our room was all taped together, the tubs have the nastiest marks and it makes you uncomfortable to shower, we were hungry the entire time, there is no entertainment in the night and in the day the beach is mucky. There’s lots of bees flying around and the little huts with trees have birds nests above them. This was my first time in Punta Cana & I’d never book this resort again or recommend it to others, we starved for 5 days and made much with our trip. The staff here are friendly but this is not a 5 star, it’s a 0 star. I really wish we could get our money back, I feel so disappointed and dissatisfied with our trip for my husband’s birthday. I won’t return to this resort, please don’t book it. You will waste your money and we had to experience this to know. The photos really deceived us, the worst trip we ever had. If it wasn’t for our dinner on the beach with Ray Reyes our trip was the worst ever. Thank you for your amazing service and being so wonderful. The resort is definitely not a 5 star. This staff member was sweet inside and out, we loved interacting with him.

The pillows were great, but the bed was too hard for my liking. The buffet and restaurants were incredible and the dining service was also amazing. I would definetly return! The cost was well worth it. At check-in we were offered the premium package at a decent cost which allowed us to access more pools, restaurants, buffets and bars. It was WELL worth the extra cost at check-in.
