This hotel is amazing, the customer service is exceptional. We booked the swim up/club package and you can't go wrong with this. We even have buttler assigned to us. I will recommend this awesome hotel. The food is great and all the restaurants they have are also great.

This was our 2nd time at the Hyatt Ziva and overall, it is a beautiful, clean, well kept resort. The staff is amazing and extremely friendly and helpful. Our butler Juan was fantastic. If I had any criticism, it would be the food. As with most all-inclusive resorts, I do not expect high quality food, but I do think that they could do a little better as a Hyatt. However, I cannot say enough about the staff. They are probably the nicest staff of any resort I have been too!

The cocoon and la Mareas bar (in the adult pool) were our faves! Marino Cedonè was a top notch bar tender / Great conversation and great mixologist.

I can’t say enough about how much we enjoyed our stay at the Hyatt Ziva Cap Cana. I was traveling as a family of five with two adults and three children. The service was impeccable from the morning coffee bar to take out lunch by the pool to cocktails every afternoon to dinner each evening, we were always satisfied. The water park was so much fun for my children as were the daily activities and games by the beach. We enjoyed the outdoor movies every evening, too. Special shout-out to Alexis and Denia who made our workouts and activities extra fun! The food was amazing from the buffet at Mercado to sit down dinners at Noodle and Thread and the Tempest Table. My husband and I were also able to sneak over to the adult only side and have dinner while the kids enjoyed room service. We will certainly return!

We had such a great trip! The hotel was beautiful and clean, the rooms had a nice setup. Friendliest and most helpful staff! We enjoyed fitness classes with Patrick (hardest fitness class I’ve ever done on vacation, but we had so much fun!) Bryan and Wander at the pool kept us busy and having fun with the water spin class and other activities. The spa was beautiful, and the deep tissue massage with Ruolinda was AWESOME! Food was delicious. Would love to go back.
