Friendly wonderful staff!! Especially the Riveria staff. Octavia Rosa and Wille Patita were the friendliest staff around. Shout to Alexander there who went above and beyond for our family. Thank you!! Restaurants were delicious. Except Cape Nao. Not great service or food. The nightly entertainment was so fun for all of us.

Bar at the lobby is the best, bartender Angel made the best drinks, was an amazing entertainer. Had lots of fun with the guests, danced and everything to make us laugh! He knows not only Spanish and English but also French. He made our trip that much better!

Amazing resort friendly staff especially in the lobby olives bar, our bar tender Antonio de la cruz was amazing. We got very good drinks!! Happy staff who deserve a raise!!!! We ate at capri which was amazing!! We will be back! This is our third time here

Eddie Solutions at the Melia Caribe Tropical was very accommodating and always had a smile on his face. He always took time to talk to us and ask how our day was and if there was anything he could help us with. Eddie makes our stay at the Melia even more enjoyable . I am pleased to say out of all the employees at the Melia Eddie stands out and makes our stay even more special.

The only redeeming quality of my entire experience was meeting the gym Trainer Jose Miguel Cabral ( he made my fitness experience) which was one of my reasons for choosing this resort. Otherwise the upgrade to Level was not worth it . The express check in was anything quick , after being seated I was ignored for 30 minutes when I asked someone they thought I was with another group) the trams to get to and from the lobby were not frequent and had to walk 95% of the time. The food was almost inedible.
