Nice resort but food is lacking.

The food and restaurant reservation system is lacking. The staff was not overly friendly. The resort itself was beautiful. The rooms and pools were nice and the beach is amazing.

I earned this trip as an incentive with Pampered Chef and it was wonderful!!! I don’t want to leave!!!

Wonderful resort. Beautiful grounds. Thanks to Wagner and Alexandra at the kids club. My kids had so much fun! Thanks to Yafreisy at the Lunch box. All of the staff was very helpful. Would love to come back here again! The food was delicious everywhere we ate.

Beautiful resort, lots of pools, must try the hot chocolate! The beach was beautiful and the little huts are great when sitting at the beach

The facility is beautiful and kept very clean. The atmosphere is wonderful & very entertaining. Our favorite part was A.eriol! He was amazing & was diligent to check in on us daily! He treated us like royalty!! It was an exciting escape from reality!
