Shocking!!!

My expectations of Moon Palace was fairly low, especially where the food was concerned. You can’t feed a million people with good food. Its just logistically impossible. Well, I need to eat my words. I had more than one amazing meal here. Tonight, our last, was no exception. The Mexican options at Bugambilia were second only to the amazing service here! Edwin and Gregorio attended to us religiously, made the most amazing margaritas (seriously!!!) and dazzled us with a coffee spectacle. They made our night!!! But really, I cannot say a negative thing about one single staff member here. Every single person I came in contact with has been more than I was expecting. And I am a horribly critical B. Thank you Moon Palace for appropriately and adequately training your people! It matters!!!

Highlight of our trip was the service. We especially loved Edwin Arceo and Gregorio at Bugambilia! Edwin dazzled us with his margarita and Mexican coffee making skills. We had a great time! We will be back.

This resort is absolutely beautiful and the service is top notch! The highlight of our stay was the service provided by our server Gregorio and our bartender Edwin Arceo at Bugambilia. Gregotio was extremely sweet and attentive to our every need. So precious! Edwin made some of the best margaritas I've ever tasted and the Mexican coffee was to die for! Well done, gentlemen!!

Edwin Arceo made the absolute best margaritas I had all week!!! Service was top notch at Moon Palace and The Grand at Moon Palace all week long! I would highly recommend you request Edwin to also make my group a Mexican coffee. Dinner and a show!

Our recent trip to moon palace was amazing. The staff try really hard to make your stay memorable. Efren waiter and Eduardo manager of Gondola buffet do a fabulous and professional job in helping and going way beyond there job descriptions to make your dining experience memorable. Rooms were very clean and the hotel is spotless. Thank you to Carlos(I think he was our floor manager in Chile building that we stayed) who help to find our stroller It was very kind of him The kids playground spotless as well. Very entertaining evening and night programs, restaurants have great choice of food as well as drinks Highly recommended this resort, would love to come back soon
