    Such a great trip!

    We traveled to Ocean Riviera Paradise in February 2021 with a group of 10 and had a wonderful time! The resort was not overwhelmingly large, but had plenty to do! We spent most of our time on the beach and at the adults only pool. The food was great, we really enjoyed our dinners at Blue Moon and La Locanda. During our trip, we wanted to do something special for my mom’s 60th birthday and Isreal from guest services did a tremendous job getting a private dinner on the beach put together for us. It was truly amazing! Also, if you’re at the beach or sometimes the pool look for Vanessa - she is THE BEST - we were never without a drink for very long! Service all around was really good, but the extra care from Isreal and Vanessa made our trip even more enjoyable. The rooms were also very nice, and they provided us with a dehumidifier to help with the humid climate which was much appreciated. I could go on and on and would definitely return and recommend!

    My best friend and I took a girls/birthday trip and to make a long story short we had the time of our life. Everything was amazing and our butler Antonio was extremely helpful and attentive. He truly deserves the 5 stars. I strongly suggest that you stay in the privileged section and make reservations to try their awesome restaurants. I definitely preferred breakfast and dinner but all of the all inclusive resorts have about the same type of “lunch” options. We would definitely return to this resort. 10/10 They have activities, hookah, rare animals, carts that take you from one end to another and many many pools! Again thank you Antonio for being so kind and helpful as we were in another country and needed some guidance.

    Miguel went above and beyond checking on my wine tasting. I just mentioned doing wine tasting but not sure of time. He went out of his way to go to other restaurant to confirm time. Jose excellent Waiter courteous and met all of our needs.

    The view is just amazing from the privilege zone at the beach... and with the top service from Vanessa you are all set to get the best!! Try the “receta de la abuela” it is a special drink and it is just amazing

    I want to give this place a good review but cant. The location is great, being in the jungle is awesome-seeing monkeys is so cool. The beauty of the resort is nice. We went during “covid season” and unfortunately all the restaurants were closed except for one rotating once a night. The buffet was always open. Very disappointing buffet but also typical. I was hoping to dine at nice and healthy yummy meals each day. I know the hospitality industry is suffering immensely, so I was trying to give them grace. We moved rooms 6 times because they have a HUGE black mold problem. I know it’s a humid climate but the smell is so strong in the rooms you feel sick and can’t sleep. It’s so bad! The staff or management doesn’t care at all. No one felt bad, or did their best to try to relocate you, or upgrade, discount you. We upgraded upon arrival to the ocean view roof top rooms but that “eden” building is the worst of the mold. We ended up having to downgrade to the besos building which was still moldy but less. The staff was kind. Great customer service in the food and beverage. Not good customer service at front desk or management. I feel sorry for the this place because I feel like they’re going to have to tear down these buildings to get the mold out.
