TRS Yucatan Hotel

We spent 5days and 4nights at the TRS Adults only and it was nothing short of amazing. From the incredible staff Jessica who was our own personalized butler (but felt more like a friend); to the supervisor Betty who made sure we were well taken care of and our needs were met. It was my boyfriend’s birthday and they went out of their way to decorate our room and made him feel extra special! We will definitely be back again! xoxo

We a really just about to end our trip to TRS Yucatán on January 2021. We considered canceling our trip because of th e new covid travel restrictions and general health concerns during these times. We are SO GLAD that we didn’t!!! TRS has been so attentive to our every need. They made us feel safe and we’re very accommodating. We’re coming back on the first day of the new testing mandates. They have provided free Covid testing on site with same day results! We booked a room with a private pool in case the pools were packed but they have been very few people at any pool. We even had the infinity pool all to ourselves in the evening. I can’t begin to tell you how kind and caring everyone has been. Our private butler Erick has tended to our every need and he is is just a text message away. The golf carts are readily available to take us anywhere around all the Palladium resorts and restaurants available. The spa was also amazing. We will definitely be returning to Palladium resorts. This was just what we needed! Book the trip already you won’t regret it!

Group trip, from 1/14-1/21. I loved all of the friendly people and service. It made our adventures so great! We are grateful for the opportunity to travel and stay here. Thank you for everything! Sebas the photographer was the best, by the way. :)

Best trip to Mexico ever! The staff was really the best I have ever seen in Mexico. Everyone was friendly and tried everything to ensure a comfortable stay. The room and pool were exactly as advertised. Many small touches made this stay special. I will defiantly come back here again. Exceptional value for the money.

Overall our stay was excellent. We did have a few mishaps in terms of connectivity with the television and the room service food was not as good in terms of quality in comparison to the actual restaurants but otherwise our private pool room was amazing, we had amazing E-Butlers to assist with calling us rides around the resort, the views were unforgettable, and the staff was super friendly.
