From the moment our shuttle doors opened, till the moment it closed upon our departure, we were wrapped in warm, friendly, kind and giving staff, while surrounded in a beautiful property. This was our first visit here and would go back without hesitation. I hope somewhere else in this review it allows me to speak about Eduardo at the pool - EXTRAORDINARY & Enrique waiter in the in dining restaurants - FABULOUS ! Rooms are wonderful with plenty of room and special touches. Private Dining (room service) was very good and arrived in a very timely manner, with very cheery staff at our neds.

We had a wonderful time. The food was excellent and the staff very attentive and courteous. I would definitely recommend this place and will stay here again We felt very safe with the cleaning measures taken for COVID. Can’t say enough good things

My wife and I stayed for 4 nights in January 2021. First and foremost, it was extremely impressive how well the hotel is being managed in these difficult times of COVID. Guests are spread out throughout the resort, from the tables in restaurants, to the pool and beach lounge chairs. Everything is constantly cleaned and sanitized. Every member of staff wears a mask 100% of the time and without exception - from the receptionist to the men cleaning the beach. The staff are exceptional - they are friendly and attentive, and hugely contributed to our wonderful stay. The food was outstanding and there was plenty of variety. Our room was superb - the view from our 2nd floor suite was lovely. We enjoyed breakfast on our balcony one morning courtesy of the all-inclusive room service. Our stay was so good that we have already booked to come back in March!

You would be hard pressed to find much competition to a beachfront property that has retained AAA Five Diamond status year after year. The amenities are as advertised (which is to say, stunning) but the real treasure are the staff - not only attentive & responsible but also genuinely warm. I made a last minute booking for New Year's Eve to catch up with a friend who was staying the week. The Reservations staff were in constant contact through the Expedia platform, prior to the trip (thank you, Guillermo!), New Year's Eve menu and entertainment details were communicated in advance. I can attest to the health & safety procedures both in the suites and throughout the property. Even the reception desk statues received a sanitation scrub! So go ahead and take a picture (they don't bite)!

Fantastic thirteen days at Zoetry where we felt so safe given all that is going on in the world with the pandemic. Restricted occupancy created a boutique atmosphere where only a dozen or so travelers were at the pool or beach. Ample outdoor seating was available for all meals with incredible choices for dining. Highly recommend the experience at Dragons which is extra and is indoors but only 21 person capacity. The service provided on those occasions by Jessica and Rodrigo was beyond expectations adding personal touches in celebrating our "delayed' anniversary. You have to order the Peking Duck and the Crepe Suzette prepared tableside. Hats off to sommelier Oscar for his suggestion of a perfectly paired wine for dinner, Orion, and for the educational tequila and mezcal tastings. Sharing our time between the pool and the beach, Eduardo and Manuel ensured our chaise lounges were ready each morning and that our glasses were never empty, as well as adjusting our umbrella as the sun travelled across the sky toward sunset. Alberto and David at the bars created delicious beverages as we may have depleted most of their Havana Club 7 Year rum. Daily breakfast service from Francisco and our special Christmas Eve table from Gabriel added to the first class experience. Thanks to Omar, Maurice, and Emilio in guest services for their personalized attention. We look forward to returning to Zoetry in the future and thank you to all of our "amigos" for the wonderful memories. Stay safe.
