I had to write a fabulous review of a particular reservation agent at the Catamaran Resort. Last year, and now this year, Renee Stauffer was the person who helped with all the reservations for a very special family anniversary trip to the Catamaran. She was so patient and kind, answering all my questions and taking the time necessary to provide me with all the information I needed. It was obvious to me she was a person who cares and that comes across, even over the phone. The Catamaran is very fortunate to have a person of Renee's caliber in their reservation department! I visited the spa on Saturday as I was having some neck and shoulder pain. Christina worked on me for 80 minutes and did a fantastic job. Christina knew what specific areas to focus on, which she did. She was one of the best Masseuses I’ve had! I would highly recommend Christina!

I called the 877 number and a very friendly man named Diante helped me. With his help I got the best view and a larger suite than I thought I could. I was able to use AARP and he helped a bit more. I called him 5 times today so another virtue is his patience

I am writing this review based on Renée Stauffer, Senior Reservations Sales Agent, at the Catamaran. She was super helpful, booked us the room we requested, and showed me on the website where to find the amenities we wanted to book for our stay. She gave me info on the surrounding area and made helpful dinner suggestions.

I lived in San Diego for ~9 years and always loved walking by the Catamaran Hotel on the bay. My stay was amazing! We ended up staying in the tower on the 10th floor, and spend so much time daily just looking out on the beautiful views of the ocean and bay. The view made the whole experience! The room was pretty outdated, but i know they are doing many renovations, and it didn't distract from the experience. The price was great too, especially because you can walk to so many nearby places.
