We liked everything about this place , from the friendliness at the front desk , to a very nice looking and clean room to a very respectful staff , even tho minimal staff , under the Covid circumstances , Andrew did everything to accommodate our requests. it was a very good experience for me and my family.

    Don’t stay here!

This is one of the most disgusting hotels we have ebvery stayed at! There are people loitering around the parking lot doing who knows what! The parking underground was not clean there was trash left sitting in the hallway practically blocking the elevator on the third floor where we stayed. No maid service provided. They don’t even empty the trash or provide towels you have to go to the front desk. Breakfast consists of a granola bar and water. The carpeting in the room and hallways has stained . One stain looked like blood. There is a security deposit of $80 required not a credit card for incidentals but they actually charged the card. Who does that and why? There is a $15 parking fee when there is nothing close to the hotel and there is ample street parking available. Were not given an option to park on the street. The freeway noise is audible from inside the room. This is a dump sleep in your car and save the money rather than stay here. Awful

Close to all the Amusement Parks

My family of 5/3 kids under 11 really enjoyed staying here... the location was perfect! There's Sea World, San Diego Zoo, Mission Beach, and tons of shopping and restaurants nearby that deliver. What we loved most was the continental breakfast! Although the place is packed, they allow you to take your food to your hotel room. They cleaned up our beds and provided fresh towels daily. Only complaint I have is that if you are located facing the pool it can be noisy. I called the front desk when I noticed there were only children no parent supervision and they were being loud. The attendant at the desk took care of the matter and there were no other disturbances.

The hotel was clean and welcoming. We stayed at this property because it was one of the partner hotels on the Sea World website. Great deal on their website. Tickets and hotel for a great price! Only 10 min drive to Sea World. The breakfast was great. So many choices and a great way to start the day before a day at Sea World. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Small fridge and coffee maker in room. If you are a light sleeper I would suggest a room that is not on the highway side. If the a/c was running we didn't really hear it. $15 night parking but paying for parking in San Diego is normal and this is way less than some of the downtown hotels.

We stayed at the comfort inn and suites in February and they had a great continental breakfast and the rooms are very clean, the thing bad was the doors were too thin you could hear people in hallway.
