    This is just an ok hotel. The bed was Rick hard (and I like a firm bed...I had to move to the couch half way through the night). The carpets were so dirty and need to be replaced badly. The staff however at the front desk were nice..breakfast was included and tasty!

    room didn't get clean only bed made, bed moves and moves and moves, hot room, taxi on sit is a ripoff, the lady tried to upgrade our room to see that we already had the highest grade and she said oh I thought you all had a lower grade room wow

    This hotel was in a beautiful setting and the room was nice. I always enjoy the robes. The pool was nice, however, a bit of a scramble to get a lounge chair. The little pool snack bar was well attended. The inside bar needed more help. At times, we couldn't find any one to make a drink. Overall, a nice place and I would stay again.

    The room, bed and swimming pool were nice and comfortable, but the service is not good. The staff who introduced us seemed a bit unenthusiastic. When we arrived they did not tell about the facilities, where to find the pool, how to get pool towels, room service etc., except when to have breakfast. We wanted a glass of champagne in the evening, but they told us that we could not order that for the room. There were no drinks in the minibar in our room even though we did pay a deposit when we checked in. We asked the reception to fill it up which they agreed to, but no one showed up to fill it up. Our room was on the 6th floor where there is a bar. We asked the lady up there if the drinks and food were included but she said no. At checkout the reception told us that the bar was included, and they apologized but did not give discount or offered us something for check out.

    Hotel was overall ok. Staff needs to be more friendly. I got the premium level and the staff.there was not friendly. Not many selections there and always out of plates and glasses. The tables were not cleaned and they make sure you have paid for the service. The key card is programmed for using the premium lounge, but they ask over and over
