    I know right now people thinking about safely but let me start of with resort. The resort is super safe. They are following safety guidelines like a bible. I have no complaint about the resort. Resort food like 5 stars restaurant quality. Big Krudos to George from royal label. He is super funny and make sure that you have our best time. I meet some amazing people here at the resort and will be coming back for sure.

    This resort is a great place to stay. George and ana from the royal level made our experience great. The rooms are well clean, beach beautiful, drinks and food so good.. i will come back for sure. Also want to thanks to chloe who took care of us by the beach. And elmo too!!! Aruba ask you to test before coming to country and the cleaning and safety is on point!!!

    My sister and I stayed at Barcelo for our sister trip this year! It was everything we wanted and more! We were a little nervous with everything going on to travel but we were determined to stay in paradise. The staff was amazing and the rooms were very clean! The food was amazing too! We stayed in the royal level and I highly recommend that. The location is great with shopping and food right actors form the resort. This was our first time to Aruba and it won’t be our last! It the most beautiful water I have ever seen! Stop waiting and book a vacation here at Barcelo!!

    If its peace, calmness and paradise that you are in need of, with the assurance of safety precautions, especially now in the midst of a Pandemic! Barceló Aruba is your escape. Please allow me to share with you a heartfelt letter of gratitude expressed from me to the staff of this amazing place. I want to share so that you may know what to expect when you arrive: It is written that honor must be given where honor is due. With that said, I would like to take this opportunity on this platform to express my sincerest gratitude to the staff of Barceló Aruba. During this time that the world is being affected by this pandemic of the coronavirus, you have made it possible for my wife and I to have a sense of normality. We have had the pleasure of staying here before, so we know that the warmth of your hearts are genuine. Your candor and willingness to serve and help is like no other. I know that no one is perfect, however I would say Mr.Raúl Gonzalez, that everyone that I will mention below, represents the Barceló franchise in a way that exemplifies what hospitality truly is. I have been an Emergency Medical Technician for over 20 years and I know what it is to have to do my job and serve in dire times. I would like to just name a few of the employees that my wife and I have had the privilege of meeting ( some for the first time ,and some that we have met before). In no particular order- Jenny Rodgers- Guest relations - AKA " Momma, thank you for allowing me to come to you and bother you even though I know you were extremely busy, you never turn me away. You stopped and attended to me..You have spoiled me!" Marolyn Heyliger - Guest relations - " My Hero!!" We first met in 2017 and you still haven't send me away!! Always so helpful! Thank you Belinda- front desk guest relations- always so helpful and we could always see your smile behind the mask. Veronica - Royal Concierge " I feel that we have become family! You are part of the reason my wife and I extended our stay this time around. There is too much to write here, but Thank you from the bottom of my heart. Claudia - Server - " So loving" Fanny- Server- " Happy, Happy, Happy" That's how I will remember you. Judith - Server - " For the information of the beauty that is found in Aruba, we dared to step out because you made us feel safe. Nataly - Server - " We miss seeing your smile as you serve because of the masks, but we remember it from all the previous times you have gladly served us and helped in many ways" Michael- poolside Bartender- every one gravitates to you, I don't know if its because you are the pool Bartender or because you are willing to listen, either way Thank you! Erick- Supervisor of bars -I made you run around so much, yet you never complained!! Thank you Eleana - Beach/pool server - "Thank you for taking care of my wife and making sure that she was doing well" Paris - Bartender - " My Filipino brother!" Making sure I had a drink before I even asked for one! Maria-server - very sweet and always cheerful ...that joy is contagious! Thank you Lissette - server- " Warm, soft spoken and very easy going" Dale - Beach/ Pool server - " You are Our sunshine!" Gerard - activities " Thank you for being so outgoing!" Gave us the best seat in the beach...you even sanitized the beach chair !! You go above and beyond and we all notice! Thank you! Marlene - hostess " Your professional is unmatched, THANK YOU" Ivette - first club manager - "You made sure that we weren't stranded, and that means the world!" Sandra Steba- Royal level Manager- " Thank you for making us feel like Royalty " Martin - Manager - Aka Magneto! You are a very kind man, Thank you" Eugene - manager (The Ninja) You have a way of being there when people don't even know it! " Thank you for making a difference!" Myrna - Restaurant Manager - We have never seen that kind of energy from a human being are you some kind of a Super Hero? Thank you for working your magic day after day "Captain" George - Restaurant Manager - "Thank you for accommodating my wife and being understanding about her sensitivities to certain foods." Melvin - Supervisor at the Royal club. "You owe me a Pina Colada!!" Jaseline - housekeeper - Thank you for making sure that my room was picture perfect everyday Maria - Housekeeper always busy yet willing to help Thank you! Alix- housekeeper " Thank you for leaving me the Hersey chocolate kisses " Elizabeth- server - Beach club " La matatana!" Juan - Beach club - the beach club comedian thanks for the laughs Zotina- hostess-Royal you gave us the VIP seats every morning thank you! Marcia- Supervisor Housekeeper- Thank you for keeping us hydrated by restocking our refrigerator with water! Armando - Maintance- even though I could only see you from a distance, you were very helpful in making this trip possible. You connected me with the right people. You exemplifies what team work is. Even though you work for maintenance, you were able and willing to guide me in making the reservation for my family and friends that decided to visit this time around. I greatly appreciate you. Aurelia Croes- " Thank you for not running away from me!" And chosing me to be truthful with the Barceló fans. And of course the Security guards for keeping us safe. You guys are the unspoken heroes.     We loved our vacation at the Barcelo Aruba The rooms, the view the service is outstanding! We would like to mention the employee’s who stood out and went above and beyond to make our vacation the best ever. Restaurant Managers George and Marlene leading their team at the Royal Level & Lolio Restaurant. Carolina and Rodell thank you for ur outstanding service. We will return thank you once again!
