Excellent family hotel

We spend 10 nights in The Grand At Moon Palace. Very nice family oriented hotel. A lot of fun for kids: WIRED room, play building and huge aqua park . Special thank you to the ProFlow team: Anuar, Jalil,Miguel A.,Montse. They did a great job!!! My husband and son enjoyed the ride! Also special thank you to Food and Beverage Assistant - Rodrigo Gomez for a great service!!! Our son's Birthday and last dinner was unforgettable !!! Thank you Rodrigo! People make a difference !!!!

Pros: drinks are good, mattress comfortable, some food decent for an all Inclusive, nice bathtub, staff tries hard, good breakfast buffet, coffee was good Cons: phone calls early in morning that woke us up every day to sell us a timeshare, ridiculous height and age requirements for kids club and water park (my 6 and 7 year old couldn’t do anything and they typically LOVE kids clubs and hated this one so I had no alone time), very spread out, all pools and hot tubs were freezing except 1, beach is not the nice Cancun beach (that’s the other side of Cancun)

I recently stayed at The Grand at Moon Palace. I was very impressed with their COVID protocols, and the attention to details exhibited by the staff. All staff persons were welcoming and attentive, and I would like to acknowledge several rock stars! Alejandro (Alex) in the Grand Buffet is very personable and delivers amazing service! Jesse at the Front Desk was extremely helpful! Alfredo with the Bell staff went above and beyond! I highly recommend this resort!
Horrible customer service

It’s all about fake glitz and glamour and bad customer service. When there is an issue you get made promises that never come through. While some of the people that work here are great the management is horrible. I would stay at one of the many other choices if you come to Cancun.

Honestly one of the best restaurants here. Very glad with the service and over all the staff, specifically Damian, Anglica, Mixtinze. Highly recommend if you want authentic Mexican food and great service.
