Absolutely Amazing Staff

We recently celebrated our wedding on 6 January at the Clayton Ballsbridge. The venue was absolutely amazing but what made it even better was the staff. Conor was one of our servers who made our night so wonderful. He was so attentive, so respectful and so polite. He also interacted with my guests with so much ease and on top of already being such a lovely person, he was so funny! We had such a great time with Conor that when his shift ended we wanted him to join us. Fortunately we had him in the morning for our breakfast as well. He nursed our sore heads with food, great conversation and too many laughs. Thank you Conor, you made it memorable!

I just want to praise the level of service received yesterday. Myself and my friend booked afternoon tea and prosecco. From the receptionists upon booking to the service were all so nice. When we arrived we were greeted by Michaela who showed us to our table a served us tea and a beautiful selection of sweet and savouries. All of which were presented very well. We were then served by Romaney, who made sure we were ok for everything and was so friendly. We had such a relaxing time which was so needed and we couldn't of picked a better place to go. And to be made feel so welcome during these times everything we found was accordingly done to the government guidelines and we felt very safe indeed. We will be back again. Thanks so much for a beautiful time.

We are a family of five, with three children. The hotel was very child friendly but also stunning hotel to get away as a couple. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Especially one staff member Rock. He is extremely good at his job. Nothing was too much for him and he was really good with the children. He really made our stay a success and would definitely make us want to return to this hotel. Even with Covid Regulations in place our hotel get away was made extremely special .

We recently stayed at this hotel. I can not recommend it highly enough. From the manager, to the front of house staff, to the dining staff... 5 stars all the way. The hotel has made a massive efforts to comply with COVID-19 regulations and we felt so welcomed and safe during our stay. Thank you so much and well done. We look forward to our next visit

Excellent customer service. John the night manager was an absolute delight, he was really welcoming, friendly and make our stay really comfortable. Would definitely come back. Food was also fabulous. ??
