Front desk sucks!!!

Extended my stay and they locked me out of my room. Long line and front desk are rude! Need more people out from to help customers better. .........the manager just said oh sorry and no sincerity at all.

The front desk was really nice and accommodated me without having a reservation. The room was really clean and spacious. They also have a clean pool and exercise area. They did some really nice renovations on their property
Dried Blood on Floor!!!

Splurged on a suite on an overnight business trip. Was hoping for a clean virus-free room. Found dried blood tracked all over the tile floor, bathroom, hallway, and kitchen area. Notified management and showed them photos. Manager seemed unconcerned, even though I had photos, didn’t even want to go to the room to check until I insisted. The Ala Moana has gone way downhill. DISGUSTING and UNHYGENIC room during a pandemic. The most GROSS hotel room ever.
Spacious and Breathtaking

The room was like my very own apartment in a different country. It was so spacious I could almost get lost in my own room. The views were breathtaking and it had a nice balcony for me to overlook Ala Moana.

I hated everything about this hotel, but most of all, the fact they they truly have the worst pillows I’ve ever experienced in my life. Three hours of dragging luggage around HNL after a cancelled flight left us exhausted. After checking into this hotel at 2am, even though I was ready to drop dead from exhaustion, I couldn’t fall asleep on these lumpy, cement bricks they call pillows. I now have a pulled muscle in my neck from the stiffness. Target sells better pillows for $1.99. The employee truly couldn’t care less. Their contempt for guests is palpable. Do yourself a favor and STAY AWAY.
