Everything about our vacation at the Andaz was on point! The resort is the perfect size to explore, while not feeling overwhelmed. We enjoyed access to the beachfront and walking trails along Wailea. The property is well maintained and the rooms well appointed, especially after being upgraded to a suite. We loved every moment of our stay and will certainly be back!

The Andaz is certainly a 4 Star property at best! The property is gorgeous and deserves 4/5 stars, but that’s where the buck stops. The rooms could benefit from a deep cleaning and the service is poor! Don’t waste your money staying here. There are certainly better options in Wailea for a similar price point with much better customer service!

Beautiful hotel with an excellent location long the Kihei coastline. The property is managed with great care and the rooms are wonderful. In your room you might find beer and chips stock the refrigerator. Toiletries available in your bathroom and sufficient clean towels and soap. I found the closet space to be a surprise. But why the 4 stars? Well, at checkin we were forced to produce travel documents to prove we were visit for business. This is the first time I’ve encountered this and I’ve stay at many properties on Maui and abroad. Guest services was a bit rude and demanding with little to no explanation on a new “policy”. The food and booze is expensive! Period! Try to figure out how to get the $50 mandatory parking fe removed from your bill.

Been here during March 2024. Have been greeted by hotel staff. Has valet parking. Monitors mail / packages if needed. Ha complementary water bottle that could be refilled (common on Maui). Had taken the beach Yoga class and teacher is very good and let’s you go at your pace and will ask if your are needing help. Complementary at the present time (April 1, 2014) with hotel reservation. Yoga class very good and complementary with reservation. If you cancel prior to 24 hours a few will be booked for missed class. Service is very good.

We enjoyed the beautiful setting of the Andaz in Wailea. The location is excellent with access to a great beach and a nice coastal walk. It was handy to be able to walk to the Shops at Wailea. The buffet breakfast at the Ka'ana kitchen is excellent if a bit pricey.
