Loved our stay!

My partner and I celebrated our anniversary here and absolutely loved our stay and the staff. Sophie booked us in and was very delightful, helpful and made us feel very welcomed. Room was very clean with beautiful views of the lake and mountains! Very grateful for the help from Sophie to make our stay everything we wanted and needed!

Great hotel. Stayed in a big suite . Two bedrooms and living room. Two bathrooms. Room had everything needed in kitchen. Would definitely come back. My view of the lake and mountains was incredible. The room was clean and stocked with ample towels etc

Had a lovely check-in experience with Carmen Boichat. She was friendly, helpful and made us feel welcome. Our room is specious and clean, located on 7th floor giving us a nice Mountain view from the room. The bathroom is huge, it even has a jet tub. Rooms is well sanitized and the hotel follows covid19 regulations. Even though the hotel is quieter than usual, it is nice to see that Health and Safety measures are in place and respected.

We love this hotel and the area it is located. They’ve done an excellent job in protecting people from the spread of covid. Our room was spacious, the beds were heavenly! The restaurant is way over priced which is unfortunate because it would have been nice to access, a $23 hamburger is outrageous! We enjoyed a nice walk along the wharf and it is so close to the downtown area with a lot of really cute stores.

My husband and I stayed two nights here for a weekend getaway. We were greeted by very friendly staff and were pleased to be given an upgrade due to our bonvoy membership. We were given a beautiful corner suite in the 9th floor. The room was huge with a balcony and two different views. Everything was really new and very clean. We both found the bed extremely comfortable and the amenities were great. The Covid restrictions did not prevent us from thoroughly enjoying our stay. We enjoyed the location of the hotel as well with a beautiful park and boardwalk and restaurants within walking distance. We dined at the hotel restaurant as well which had an amazing happy hour menu. We will definitely recommend this hotel as a resort destination and will definitely return again.
