    I so enjoyed my time at Harrahs and can't wait to come back again. Everything was great. Check in was so easy, location awesome, and it was clean. Employees were very accommodating and friendly. Can't wait to visit again.

    My check in experience was awful, the customer service was non-existent and the rooms were not terribly clean. There was confetti on the floor, hair in the bed and something sticky on the counter in the bathroom. The water pressure is the shower is horrible. The showers have a half glass wall, no shower curtain/door so water gets everywhere. The only nice thing was they gave me a $30 food credit because my checkin experience was so bad. Not much considering everything, but something I guess. I will not ever book this hotel again.

    DONT STAY AT THIS HOTEL!!!!

    HORRIBLE HOTEL. This is our second time staying and we manually turned on the tv and it fell on the floor and cracked. We told the hotel what happened and they charged us $997 for a new tv. The manager was extremely rude and told us this has never happened in the whole time they have been open.

    First of all, I am an avid gambler who expects to lose more than I win. My review has nothing to do with the wins and losses of my trip, but the way the casino lies to you. I am Diamond PLUS status. I had a COMPED suite. When I made my reservation they told me, bc of my status, that I could upgrade if it was available. They made me feel if it was available it would be comped too. Upon arrival, they said $150 a night upgrade and acted like they were doing me a favor. I asked, will they look at my play to see if I can get that comped. They said YES. Upon checkout, the front desk woman was rude. She called a host, Cindi, who took literally 2 seconds to look at my 5 days worth of play (ALL AT MAX BETS) and comped me NOTHING. I played thousands while I was there and purposely played all of it at Caesars Rewards. They didn't even comp my ONE MEAL. I had 16 people there and 5 rooms booked at Harrahs. They charged me over $1000 upon checkout and didn't even try to help. Maybe they gave me great slot dollars while I was there. NOPE How about some money on my card. LESS than $10. RIDICULOUS. My guests and I will NEVER stay at Harrahs Las Vegas again. By the way, I asked MULTIPLE TIMES to speak to a casino host. They would NOT let me. STAY FAR AWAY!

    Stayed in an updated suite in valley tower . Half door on shower , water everywhere on floor . Need to be careful walking , fell twice . Was there 3 nights , housekeeping never came to clean room . Apparently no one was assigned to my room , I needed towels badly had to ask another housekeeper not assigned to my room for towels . God forbid you went to front desk , line to speak to someone was 6 deep and only one person at counter helping so I tried calling instead , good luck with that . I’ll chalk it up to Being unlucky I guess
