on April 4th I booked a room for 2 nights for the 8th & 9th which I was charged for it at that time When we arrived they said it was for only 1 night and had no rooms but said they'd up grade to Nobu and saying what had already been charged would be used. Well they didn't and charged me twice. I have tried to get an itemized bill but no one comes through. My bank fraud dept even says they still owe me $100. All they reimbursed was $51 for the resort fee. Not good business at all Im still and will continue to pursue this matter

If you’re looking to stay at the Nobu for its additional perks don’t bother because you’re not going get into the nightclub even though it says on the website that you have first priority and you do not !! you get to stand in line with everybody else and they don’t care if you’re staying at the Nobu. you’re not going to get into the pool either unless you go at 9am in the morning on a Sunday morning... and although it’s our second time eating at the Nobu restaurant the first time was very nice the second time was terrible the food was good our server was the worst. Not sure if it was because two women were dining but it felt like throw down the food and walk away and go help the big party of men who were sitting next to us. He didn’t want to answer questions didn’t want to make suggestions didn’t explain the portions of food when we ordered them or should I say how small the portion of food was when you order a wagu taco I think it’s best you tell the patron it’s only 2 inches long with two pieces of meat in it only. I even told him it was my birthday on that day it didn’t matter very sad ... And I complained I complained a lot to a lot of different people what did the Nobu offer us a $75 dining credit which we could only use on the day of checkout and the only restaurant that was open during that period of time was Gordon Ramsay‘s restaurant pub. Nobu not good service por management... And stop making Covid excuses you have people who market your website to maintain it daily if you’re able to put the Roman spa is closed because of Covid people understand but you have not bothered to make the adjustments to the other amenities you were touting that you will get as a Nobu customer. Nobu ruined my birthday weekend would not will not stay in that portion of the hotel ever again don’t waste your money!! Pros are the room is quiet…

Water in the room was luke warm. Called maintenance (10 minute wait on phone) and they said they will send someone immediately. 2 hours later no show. Showered at a friend room and came back to find out the water is perfectly hot in my room (over 105 degrees). I was upset and asked them to send maintenance again. Came back to the room and the maintenance person had the water running to get hot water. It took 17 minutes after I was I arrived to the room to get the hot water. to Nobu maintenance, waiting 17 minutes to get hot water is acceptable. Needless to say the evening was ruined going back and forth to meet with maintenance. I asked the maintenance person to communicate to his management, in front of me, that it took 17 minutes to get hot water; he shook his head and never did it. His feeling there is hot water. They made me feel like I lied to them about the hot water situation

We booked our room in what we thought was at the Caesar Palace Hotel Las Vegas. We even got emails from Caesar Palace prior to our stay welcoming us and looking forward to our visit. We had no idea we were actually booked at the Nobu Hotel (same property) until we arrived. To make things worse, I expected a decent view. We got a view of air conditioners and exhaust pipes on the roof. I had to pay an upgrade just to get a room with somewhat of a view of the Las Vegas Strip. To add more salt to the wound, my wife did not know that their were sensors in the fridge. She took out several drinks to make room for food take outs that we had and set those drinks next to the fridge. We never consumed these drinks. However, we were charged everyday for these same exact unconsumed drinks that were outside of the fridge which amounted to several hundred dollars. We mentioned this to the desk clerk upon checkout and she said that she would fix it, but instead it seems the charges stayed and where charged on my credit card. My wife and I will never stay at this hotel again and we will make sure if we ever book a hotel, we will make sure it is at the hotel we booked, and not one chosen for us, just because there happens to be multiple hotels at the same location. Not all hotels are the same. We found that out the hard way and it cost us. We expected our stay to be different since this was in the midst of the pandemic, but we had our masks; we certainly did not expect this kind of service from the hotel or from the booking of it. I would not have booked at Nobu if Caesar's was not available, but looked for another property on the strip.
