Need to dust Rooms. Honor reservation rate. Ensure all customers are treated properly the hallways were dirty our room look like it had not been vacuumed in since a few stays offer more restaurants as steak ‘n Shake is closed at this moment and let that be known

Table was dirty also found crumbs on floor restroom was in alright condition view was good ! I enjoyed the stay it was just those three things that i didnt like although im not an exagerating person staff was nice enough to offer for house keeping to come and clean !

“It’s my son’s 7th birthday.” Due to pandemic and my son can not have a birthday party and can not be with his cousins and friends that is why we are in Las Vegas Nevada. Et al. (February 18-22, 2021)

We love staying at OYO but this time we had a little mess in our room prior but we push it to the side. I wish especially during covid time that I can have confidence in the staff to keep it sanitize in the rooms

Dirty Guest Bathrooms

This is the dirtiest hotel bathroom i've ever been in. I do not suggest staying here in the future unless something drastically changes. This was absolutely the worst housing keeping cleaning I have ever seen in Vegas.
