    Best dealers for table games in Vegas. Adrienne is the best of them all. Personable, funny, and actually remembers her players. I won money but if I had been losing i would have never realized it because Adrienne kept the game interesting.

    Really? This worn down, and you still sell it?

    Westgate looks good entering, but the rooms? When are you going to renovate. My room has not been remodelled since "Diamonds are forever" is my guess. Friendly service. Good Covid check when you enter.

    Worst hotel in Las Vegas

    I stayed in 2 stars hotels, that were much better and clean than westfart resort. I wish I could say “worst customer service”.. however, there is absolutely NO customer service.. they are mean, rude and shoe it to your face that they don’t give a hoot about you or your needs... money !! Money !! Money !! That’s all they care about taking from you. We begged for a broom !! A broom!! we begged for towels !! We begged for a cart to help us move our staff. Nope, nope and nope .. but to sale you a timeshare ? All of a sudden they will take to to another area in the hotel , where they will show you a paradise , and nice staff, and great smile. Fake fake Fake 792820999). That’s my number. I will post this everywhere!!

    Disregard the registers attitude, Maria G, the server will make up for her attitude and ordain service! Maria turned a bad experience into a very pleasant one! G Food was very good too! Will go again!

    Amazing Front Desk

    We come here almost every week, because we're local, and each time I have been so impressed with the front desk staff. Ria (I believe is her name) is always very kind and efficient with the checkin. She always accommodates our requests. There is another gentleman whose name I don't remember, but he was also very professional and kind. But the reason for this review is to give Westgate 5 stars for the way they handled an unfortunate situation. We had one hiccup where we added an additional guest name to our room one week, and the front desk refused to check them in. However, like any professional would, they rectified the situation leaving me so thankful that I wanted to write this review. The manager, Travis, was one of the most professional leaders I have seen. Instead of arguing with us about the issue, he owned up to it, apologized, and gave us an upgrade along with resort credit to use for dining. THAT is how you handle a guest issue. I have worked front desk for over 4 years, and I could really tell Travis knew what he was doing. The rooms are always nice, we've never had any issues in any of the rooms. Even the most standard room is very spacious and well kept. Don't even get me started on the suite we were lucky enough to enjoy... that was phenomenal. Thank you Westgate for your hospitality, we will be back soon!
