Weddings occur every night, so going to bed early is difficult due to the music and partying going on every night

We would highly recommend this beautiful resort. Pool is the highlight during the day and the torches set a nice ambience at night. And I would suggest taking the morning hike it was very nice. Lots of restaurant options with the Italian and Seaside Grill being the best and the Mexican one the only disappointment. Room service is was also excellent. Finally staff service was outstanding and the best of any resort I have been. Everyone was fantastic and happy to help with anything.

Great people and a great location quick walk to the pool and anything you want to eat is here from good seafood to good steaks or buffet if you are part of the preferred group you have to go to the bar and get drinks from Arlin and Fabian

The place was beautiful and it was all inclusive so there’s not much to complain on that part. I had a delay in my flight and they would not refund me the night. The upgrade they gave me with my package wasn’t worth it because the jacuzzi didn’t even work and they did not accommodate for any of it. If you come here don’t make changes to your rooms because they will make you pay 3x the price just to remove a day or a person! Do not recommend

It was a good experience but not the best. I've been to Dreams Playa Mujeres and I loved my experience there, much more to do and see plus the food was great!
