100% amazing hotel. We had great service and the room was amazing, clean and quiet. 6 minute walk to Disneyland security is super convenient. Room with a view of the park was great as well to see the fireworks from the balcony on our Disney day off. Cleaning staff were spot on, even finding some $20 dollar bills and change that fell onto the bed and placed it on the night stand!!! We will definitely stay here again when we come back.

The room was nice, but had a bad smell. They offered to move us, but we didn’t want to move away from our children and grandchildren. They could not keep us all together. It was a “wet carpet/musty” odor. They checked it out and said there was nothing. The coffee maker leaked when we used it. We had a balcony room but it was walled off because of the freeway noise. Had to go through the closet to get to it, kinda weird.

We stayed here originally in 2019 and found the service and experience to be wonderful. When we were choosing where to stay for our upcoming holiday we chose to stay at the Hojo again. We are travelling internationally and have two small children- while we have stayed here before it was before we had children so we had some questions about arrangements for our kids. The customer service we have experienced in the lead up to our trip by Jennifer over email has been wonderful she was answered all of our questions and helped with some special requests. If you are looking for a place with excellent customer service the Hojo is it.

I stayed here for 6 days with my daughter with the main aim of visiting Disneyland. It is a great location with a short pleasant walk to the park. Its a family style hotel which I think provides good value. The rooms were clean and well maintained. The staff were friendly and helpful and in particular Ryan was great. There is a small convenience store at HoJo which has some useful stuff although anything major go to the supermarket. Mimi's is a nice restaurant just across the road

Paid extra for a park view so my little ones could watch the fireworks… only to have 2 huge trees blocking any “view” the claim for us to have. It was definitely not worth that extra money. HUGE disappointment!
