After we missed our connecting flight we booked a room online, easy check in. Pros Friendly staff Super clean room Good size room Toiletries Fridge Coffee/ tea making Good food at the downstairs bar and restaurant Cons No free water in the room if you want to use the two bottles supplied it’s $4 US dollars per bottle unless you are a top tier member of Hyatt For the price of these rooms many of which people spend just a few hours in due to delayed flights that’s a bit pricey for water it should be complimentary.

Stayed in a club king room the night before an early flight. Check in was fast, easy and everyone was super helpful. The club lounge was great. Drinks and light snacks available and the concierge was friendly and offered up tips. This hotel is beautiful. Beds super comfortable and room clean/modern. Showers with good water pressure. Best of all, shuttles to airport ran every 5 mins and drop you off at your terminal. I definitely recommend this hotel.

A superior hotel for a pre-flight stay. EVERYTHING WORKED! An attempt to be rested for our early flight the next day. Too bad we weren't staying longer. I would have loved this hotel in LA. I'd stay there if there was a Hyatt in the city!

We had a party of 7 stay here in Dec 2019. We occupied 4 rooms that had been prepaid in November. 1 of the bookings was lost and then found again. This resulted in problems with payments and charges being applied to credit cards for the different rooms. It took a month to sort it out. We stayed just 2 nights and had the buffet breakfast for 1 morning. This had to be the most expensive breakfast I think we had all trip. Beware when going to the restaurant it's not cheap. Also those from other countries may be confused by the bed configuration. What the US call a queen bed in Australia is a double. So we had 2 very small beds. I asked for a rollaway bed but was told I could not have one. On the day of departure we had a very early departing flight. Too early for breakfast but we planned on getting something to just grab from the very small shop in the foyer. This I think from memory was supposed to open from 4am according to the in room information. Well it was not open. We were travelling with a child who needed morning medication and he needed to eat with it so fresh out of luck there. I would not recommend this hotel. There are many other airport hotels I would check those out first if you need an airport hotel stay. The only good thing I can say about our stay is that the pool was very nice.

    Great option for LAX stay

Free airport shuttle, nice staff, pretty decent rooms, quality & variety of food at the restaurant exceeded expectations, good toiletry products, spacious pool area...all thumbs-up aspects of this well-run airport hotel making it a fine option for an overnight stay right by LAX. There are cheaper hotel options but the price here was still respectable & overall it gets the job done and then some. We overheard another guest complaining that the hotel won’t hold your bags so if you need that service perhaps verify before booking.
