    My husband and I visited Jamaica 33 years ago. He proposed on that trip and we promised each other we would go back one day. It took awhile but we finally went back and so glad we did. We were at a different property in 1986 and it was beautiful, but Azul was absolutely paradise! Perfect beach, wonderful food, lovely room (a swim up room which was fabulous!), spa experience was simply divine! We can't wait to go back!

    My daughters have a membership and have been there several times my husband and I 2x's now and hopefully we will be able to make it next year again. Love all the people there so friendly n beautiful just makes you feel like home Having Marion remember us from last year at The Mahogany was so special like I said friendly beautiful peoole.. I can go on and on Just go there relax enjoy be at peace Cannot wait to return.

    Really poor experience TUI Sensatori brand tarnished

    I've spent 2 weeks in this resort and have never had to complain as much in my life. I wouldn't class this as 5* which is a huge shame because it does have the potential to be. At the moment I would say 2 or 3 star at best. The service in this hotel can be both fantastic and horrific and unfortunately the bad experiences have spoiled our holiday. The food and drink quality is good and comparable to similar standards of resorts. It can however take forever to get drinks in most of the bar areas even when there's no queues. Basic things like cutlery, food running out, no plates or bowels, no drinks items are common place. I think there was chicken missing off the menu more times than they had it in a lot of the restaurants. On one occasion in the snack bar they only had 1 pork dish from the whole menu. We have had to wait an hour for simple things like a panini on numerous occasions and can't remember ever having a meal in a reasonable timeframe. It's a shame they are letting this hotel go downhill because some of the staff are fantastic it really can be like chalk and cheese. I'm not sure if it's a particularly bad period for the hotel but I spoke to so many people who had the same experience. All of our problems were reported and logged with the hotel management and things only ever seemed to be rectified when the general manager stepped in. Based on this experience I won't be returning to the Sensatori brand and I am considering not using TUI again because their standards are seriously slipping.

    After travelling to the Sensatori in Turkey, we had very high hopes. This was sold as a 5 star property, gourmet all inclusive, pool side service. Do not expect any of this, we did not get served once on our holiday, having to got to the bar for all our drinks, and often get ignored! food is poor and Luke warm at the best, choice is poor, if you eat in the a la carte Italian expect a long wait. We were first in and ordered first we had to wait over 30 minutes for our starter, then another 35 minutes for our main! We never ordered desert as we gave up. The drinks were a.ways running out or covered in wasps, no ones heard of a wasp catcher to put above the bars obviously. The rooms are very basic, we had a wardrobe with 2 of the tiniest drawers you can imagine. So there is no real storage for clothes. The room was very dated, dirty and could do with updating. The beach was beautiful. Other than that I don’t really have any positives.

    We have visited most SENSATORI resorts before and have adverb very impressed until this one . Room are very tired the whole resort needs a complete revamp.food was two in both buffet restaurant cold and tasteless. There wasn’t a day we managed to get what we ordered not got most thing that were advertising even tea !!!!!! No waiter service around pools or beach rooms not cleaned daily and when they were it was around 4pm . We had to ask for bottles of water in our room as we didn’t get them daily.I could go on and on but ....... we did take it up with the tui staff and they did log our complaints but to be honest there wasn’t much the girls could do ! The beach and the Italian were fabulous thou lol .. wouldn’t go back shame as I’m sure it was once a gt hotel but not anymore xxxxxx a very disappointing holiday
