Service extremely slow. Some staff were clearly miserable. There was NO MUSIC ON RESORT!!!! 1 hour bus ride to resort and bus driver stopped multiple time to allow drunk men to pee on side of road and smoke. Terrible. Food options are LIMITED, poor variety. Food quality not that great either. Pool is shallow and not swimmable for adults. NOT ENOUGH CHAIRS AVAILABLE ON RESORT. this is a common problem the locals informed us of but mentioned the resort is run by “the Spanish” and they prioritize PROFIT over customer satisfaction. Sad and will not return.

We recently spent 4 nights at Grand Palladium. My expectations where high since my daughters visited this property a few years ago. Unfortunately, my experience was not the same. There are two sides to this hotel, the Jamaica side and the Lady Hamilton side. 1. There are no elevators for the guest to use to get to their rooms, which made it very difficult for our elderly companions to get around the property. 2. The bar in the room was not stocked when our room was available. If you wanted something to drink you had a very far walk to get hydration. 2. The Jamaican cuisine was subpar. We visit the islands for island food. We love to be emersed in the culture and share our culture with our love ones. We feel the food was less than stellar. Which is very unfortunate. 3. The beach was not accessible to the side of the hotel we stayed, which was know as the Grand Palladium "Jamaican". When we asked where is the beach we were told to just walk all the way over. We didn't get to see the beach until the last day of our visit. 4. I had the opportunity to visit the spa, once my visit was complete I went to tip the masseuse and noticed my money which was in the locker was missing. Someone took money out of my wallet. We reported this to security and we had absolutely no follow-up concerning this event. This visit to Grand Palladium left us with a horrible impression and we will never return nor recommend this property to anyone.

My birthday party was perfect, thank you Ramoy McFarlane. The hotel grounds are beautiful. My room was perfect. My only complaint is that the check in process was slow and the food was mediocre.

WOW!!!!! Where to start, this trip was great from start to finish. One of the highlights out of all of the beautiful experiences had during this trip was our server/host, Isha Greene. Her hospitality and willingness to go above and beyond truly made our experiences. We continue to talk about the experiences she brought to us even after the trip. She sings a not-so-popular MJ song that continues to ring in our minds. The drinks, food, and people of Jamaica who work this resort truly made for one of the best travel experiences we have had. Thanks!! While our overall experience was positive. The only complaints if anything are the consistency of quality, long wait time for food, and portion sizes of food at the specialty restaurants (all of them), and the long waits for the on-property shuttle. I would also encourage the resort to embrace more local food options, as for some people who travel to Jamaica burgers, hot dogs and fries are not options that are top of mind.

Not sure why the service rating here shows high score... that is what this resort is lacking. Their staff will hard but our opinion was this resort is understaffed and needs lots of updates.
