Toning is amazing always there for a drink. I would recommend her 10/10 I wanna shout kerrando from pool bar he is pretty amazing makes great drinks as a great personality. I wanna thank you to Iberostar team for my making our trip an amazing one we will surely be back.oh yeah and the food it is really great please to keep up the good work and especially to Toniann I am coming back for her with her great great work ethics thank you ToniAnn you made me a family I’ll never forget you

I must say we had a great time here ???? at Iberostar. I must mention we finally met the famous ToniAnn that all the guest spoke about and everything they mention was ?? true. How can someone not love ToniAnn. She met all our needs she was patient and kind ,always kept her smile on her face she works so hard thank you ToniAnn for making our trip a great one we are definitely coming back your services are super special and we appreciate you. I have so much to say but this girl made our trip she deserves it all

From check-in to housekeeping (Michelle), the quality of the bed and pillows, and other room service features, to entertainment and dining, the Iberostar Beach resort had exceeded my expectations as they have certainly improved all around. The best waiters were Jean-Pierre in the buffet area and Eric at Uncle Tony's. Special thanks to Sherian who ensured our business needs were met and always on point.

Definitely not a 5 star experience . There is no luxury there. No hot tubs ? The food is very much cafeteria food and the restaurants , plan way in advance because they will not be able to accommodate you. My room which was supposed to be an upgrade , was the same room I had already booked and it smelt like mold the entire time . There was little to no help from staff when I was leaving to get a ride because the bus comes at 7am only for the airport . They literally told me well I don’t know what to tell you . The staff are trying to make an easy buck and they are land handlers on the beach every 10 minute asking you do you want to buy something . Isn’t a resort private ? And supposed to be secure ? Everything I consumed besides fresh fruit juice was terrible . And the food options are very limited , alcoholic beverages….. watered down . Never was drunk while I was here and I don’t even drink on a regular basis. This hotel does not need to advertise to people that it’s 5 stars . It’s simply a holiday inn on an island . Nah holiday inn got better and newer decor unfortunately.

The resort, in a nutshell was stunning. The experience my friends and I had was truly magical, and we felt beyond taken care of. The rooms were comfortable, the service was amazing and the all-inclusive was worth it! Nadine, our concierge liaison, helped us tremendously with booking excursions, making the trip unforgettable and treating us all like we were VIP guests. All to say, I would recommend this resort to anyone that’s looking to experience Jamaica’s rich culture and bask in beautiful sun.
