This resort is a great resort and has amazing places for dinner and breakfast. The service is amazin.

While we had a wonderful time and found the staff extrememly friendly, our room had some issues. That said, if your room has issues and your not sure, contact managment and let them help. I could have enjoyed my quarters more, live and learn!

This resort needs a modern renovation. The service does not compare to other secrets, such as Cap Cana and Maroma. The food is mediocre and drinks watered down. The piano bar is the saving grace of the resort! The drinks are the best here and the entertainment is fantastic!

We recently arrived home from our trip to Montego Bay, Jamaica. We would just like to give a big thumbs up to our man, Matthew. He went above and beyond for us and every other visitor. He always offered to assist where he could and always had a smile on his face- and never forgot our names! The Wild Orchid grounds were also stunning. Food was good and luckily the weather was impeccable. Some people weren’t the friendliest on the resort, which wasn’t nice to see but didn’t fully ruin our time.

Our stay was absolutely perfect from start to finish. The check in process was seamless--we arrived a bit early and our room wasn't ready but they held our bags and we were allowed to start using the amenities while waiting. The rooms are beautiful and very clean. Every little detail was thought about when stocking the room! The fitness center had all the equipment you could ever need (including a free bar, which is really rare for a hotel.) We enjoyed lounging by the beach every day and we never had an issue finding a chair / umbrella to sit under. The entertainment at night was always great! Most importantly, the staff was the friendliest staff I've ever experienced. Always smiling and happy to help out! We definitely will be back!
