Atlantis is a marvelous place, massive water park, aquarium, conservation...you name it. The coral has newly renovated rooms that are second only to the cove. The pool is the most lively and well located one, there is an awesome breakfast/ice cream place in the lobby. We really enjoyed the marina and the restaurants there too! Note that you need to book most restaurants before you leave or on the day you arrive as they get booked up fast. All in all a great experience!

A resort that you will never forget. This is a must at least once in your lifetime.

We stayed in the Corral towers top floor. Great views but to my surprise the bath tub did not have a rack for the soap or shampoos etc. The amenities were quality and all you would expect from a top star hotel. The grounds were amazing and the sea life astounding but being on an island you felt the moistness throughout the hotel. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this facility however I was disappointed that most of the restaurants and some of the rides were closed. I had been here previously 20 years ago and it was live music playing throughout and all the rides were open. The stay was friendly and helpful. But the facility needs some work. I being a risk manager saw areas that needed attention, loose railings, broken steps on the Mayan tower. Not proper attention to the inflatable rafts which caused people to flip into the water. You sign a very detailed release when you stay at this resort, and overall the area is well maintained and there are areas that could be improved in my opinion. But I am a risk manager and notice things others do not. You can expect a great time, I just wish they let me know that most places and some water rides would be closed during my stay in advance.

Outdated and trashy! They claim its renovated, but its far from from it. Its a place that gauges you every way they can. Brookfield and Marriott (owners and partners) should be ashamed to call this an operation they are proud of.

Great overall visit... gotta fix your coffee makers though!

This was my second stay at Atlantis, and I have to say it was mostly enjoyable. The property is well-kept, the waterpark and beaches were fun as always, and the dining was very good... especially the Mosaic brunch. By far the best brunch I’ve ever had. The only reason why this is a four-star review and not five stars, is because there were constant problems with my room’s coffee maker. I had to have it replaced about three times - in one instance it wasn’t working at all, and in the other cases it seemed the filters were too big for the basket, resulting in overflow of hot water from the machine. See the attached photo to get an idea of what a mess it made. When I complained to the front desk about this on the day I was checking out, they offered me a folio credit for me to get coffee at Starbucks. Which I appreciated... only to discover that the room charge system at Starbucks (in the marina village) was down! So I ended up paying for the coffee out of my own pocket. Since in-room coffee and tea is part of the “resort fee” that the property levies on all guests, I don’t think this is right. All in all, I very much enjoyed my stay otherwise. My room in the habitat tower of the Coral hotel had a fabulous view of the river... and the free slot tournaments were a lot of fun. Also... shoutout to Shirley, one of the housekeepers in the Coral (she wears purple lipstick, if that helps to identify her exactly), for being so incredibly warm and friendly to every guest she encountered. I distinctly remember her saying hello to me several times and I found it to be an exceptional and memorable level of friendliness.

    Trip of a Lifetime!

A wonderful resort with so much to do! Or nothing to do at all, but relax. The whole resort is available to you even if you're staying at The Coral. So many pools, restaurants and lounges. Something for every age. Water slides, dolphins, turtles and so much more. We didn't have a problem finding lounge chairs at any of the pools.
