I'm here now ( 18th January) for one week, it's so noisy, tons of youngsters making loads of noise late at night into early morning. Hub or something. Downside of staying in January I suppose !! I stayed in November too and it was quiet then.

it is with much regret that I write this review this was the 12th visit to the clarion inn previously known as the comfort inn returning to this hotel as the location is excellent close to the parks shops restaurants etc every time the room we request was granted and up until this visit the stay was excellent we checked in went to our room and unpacked … everything seemed ok then we spotted small ants on the bedside table didn't think much of it and left it for a few days only seeing a couple a day … the final straw was when I opened a pack of cookies to have with my morning coffee they were covered in ants all over the tv unit and the sink the entry point was the sink and we requested maintenance to silicone the sink and/or spray the room they said we would have to move room which we did not want to do finally we gave in and moved in the process we were told to repack our bags exit the room and check out put our bags in the business centre and call back after 4pm when the new room would be ready (1 day holiday wasted waiting for room) we asked for our room which ended up 4 rooms down from where we previously were and having to take our luggage back up 4 floors and unpack and resettle in. the staff came across as not to care and if it wasn't a big deal later we phoned down for room service from the lite bite and the girl said don't know what you are talking about you will have to come down and get it we went down to the lite bite bar to order our food and the young girl behind the bar didn't have a clue … more interested in a large table of people whom had already tipped her for extra service Thank Goodness For Patty who came to the rescue a long serving member of staff with great efficiency sorted the restaurant in minutes while we were waiting for our food the security woman came out to clear the bar and tidy up apologise for our late food which she then went and chased for us on a good note it was lovely to see that Patty and Jo were still in the restaurant if only the rest of the staff took a leaf out of their book then maybe the customer service would be great again It is with great sorrow that I have written this review and unfortunately will not be staying here next year when we come again thank you for the good times but you need to look at your staffs customer skills they have dropped

Well first, price on point. I was very nervous to stay just because I’m so very picky with where I stay. But I was so shocked! Everything was so clean. Pool was fantastic. They provide pool towels. Our room was cleaned daily. Check in/out was super easy! Free parking even better perk. Me plus 3 (boyfriend, two friends) stayed in a two double bed room and it was tight, but we never were in there much, and when we were it was no big deal! Mini fridge and microwave. Bed was super cozy! Highly recommend, will be staying again!

Hi we were staying at the clarion inn when we got our room all looked good until we noticed we had ants in the kitchen sink and on the bed side table we asked if they could seal the sink or spray it but they said they couldn't We asked if we could have another room and was told that we will have to wait until 4 pm that day so we wasted a day with a lot of farting about hence to say we won't be staying there again

Great hotel in good location. Close to Theme Parks and food outlets

My wife, 2 children (aged 10 and 11) and I stayed here for 2 weeks in August 2018. We had previously stayed at the Rosen Inn at Pointe Orlando in 2015 so had a basic idea of what to expect here in terms of room layout and decor (The Clarion Inn was pretty much a carbon copy of the Rosen Inn in this respect). Rooms are standard budget hotel rooms and we were given a ground floor room facing the car park. We expected this room to be noisy but it wasn't at all. We were occsaionally disturbed in the morning at around 7.30-8am by a coach parking a few rooms down from us with people returning to the airport. No big deal. Rooms were clean and serviced daily. Pool areas are key card controlled and will only unlock between the times shown on the pool opening times board. Complimentary towels are provided at pool side. As both pools face the interstate, it can sometimes be noisy when sat by the pool but after a short time you don't even realise that it's even there. I would say that the location of this hotel is what makes it a good choice for anyone visiting Orlando. We had a car but it is in walking distance of a number of restaurants and food outlets and only a 5 min drive to some of our favourite food places such as Steak N Shake and a few minutes more to places like Longhorns.. The hotel is very close to Disney property - we had friends staying at Saratoga Springs in Disney and it took us no longer than 5 mins to travel between the 2 hotels. Travelling to Disney Theme parks took 10-15 mins and Universal around 20 mins. The Premium outlet is on the other side of the interstate but a right turn out of the hotel and you were there in 10 mins or so. I would recommend this hotel for a cheap, no frills stay close to many restaurants and a short distance from Theme Parks. We have booked to stay here again in 2019 too.
