Nice and comfortable room.. but the Front Desk service was fantastic! Due to an entry error, the Hotel had me listed as the night before... I showed Raquel my confirmation from a 3rd party that listed that night.. even though they were fully booked, she was able to get me a room for the night... well done!!

Super friendly and welcoming check in process. Stephanie was amazing and thorough. It's very refreshing to be assisted by someone so helpful. Will definitely recommend. I'm only in Orlando for 2 days and arriving to this hotel definitely started the trip off correctly.

Clean, very friendly staff. Mattress needs replacing, as it sags in the middle and was not comfortable. Call out to Max at the check-in desk for his thoughtful, above and beyond service. Offered a king, after reservations agent told us that there would be only Queens remaining.

Everywhere we encountered was super clean and all employees were friendly and helpful. It's an older hotel but kept up. Bar and food available onsite. Stephanie at check-in was very welcoming with area information. We only stayed one night passing through but we'll be back!

Stephanie was so pleasant and nice. She quickly got our room and even was able to give us an upgrade. She gave us a gift bag with bottled water and granola bars. A great beginning to our vacation. The room was clean and overlooks the heated pool. The beds are comfortable! Thank you Stephanie!
