The check-in was quick and easy even though there were three other couples that showed up at the same time. Angelica took care of us and even gave advice of places to go. A lot of decent food around the area.

    Dana was great!

Wound up not getting to the hotel until almost 10 pm but Dana was fun and made the check in quick and easy so I could get to my room and collapse. Being handed a chocolate martini along with my room key would be the only improvement needed

The phone customer service is awful, HOWEVER Dana in front desk made the whole experience change, her customer service is welcoming, professional and definitely fun. The location is perfect you have walking distance food trucks and Old Town right in front of hotel.

Great price and location. Friendly staff.

We got our reservation on Priceline for $35 plus taxes and fees. We only needed the hotel for a night. We are from Tampa Bay and did Disney that day and decided to save the 1.5 hour drive for the next day. The hotel is a bit dated but it was clean. Like the carpets in the halls were worn and a bit musty but the room was fine. I didn’t have a chance to use any of the amenities but the pool looked nice. There was an option for a full hot breakfast delivered to the room for about $12 but we opted to go without since we were on a schedule the next morning. There was only one working elevator in the tower we stayed in and it was kind of rickety. We loved the view though. We stayed on the 7th floor and it looked out at trees and few other tall resorts nearby. There was a mix up with my reservation but that was on Priceline and not the hotel and the staff was very accommodating and gave me the room I originally booked. The experience at the hotel about average. But I ranked it as very good because it was better than I expected for the price I paid.

    Gross hotel Avoid

This hotel was a dump. From start to finish it was disappointing. Angelica at the front desk was great. Really was nice and meant well. The walk to the hotel was interesting. We were on the 8th floor. 2 out of the 3 elevators were broken so we had to wait, I’m not kidding 20 minutes just to take all of our belongings in. The elevator was filthy and sounded like it would break at any time. Almost like a real life version of tower of terror. Then we walk toward the room and the entire hallway reeks of wet carpet and mildew. I got into the room, the bathroom had an opened bar of soap in the shower already (really nasty), was missing a few complementary soaps and overall just missed the mark. The furniture was marked and rundown, the phone didn’t work, I was shorted two pillows on one of the queen beds and overall just didn’t enjoy the stay at all. Wouldn’t ever return. Not worth it by any means.
