    Very clean property. Has a bit of everything for every age. Full blown water park on property. Nice lazy River. The pools and river were warm enough. Like ahhhhhh.......no complaints. Room was lovely with a huge TV. The TV controller was sanitized and in a plastic wrap!!!! Great thinking!

    My family and I stayed here on April 3rd. The hotel was crowded as there was some kind of sporting event going on. Although there are signs in the lobby requiring guests to wear masks, the Omni does not enforce the policy. Most guests walked around freely without wearing masks. When I asked the front desk about why they are not ensuring compliance, I was just told “we have signs.” As far as cleanliness, it was subpar. Specifically, the bathroom was not thoroughly cleaned. There was also a little debris on the floor indicating that the floors may not have been thoroughly vacuumed as well. I’ve stayed at the Omni multiple times over the years, and this was by far the worse stay. The quality of service and rooms have declined.

    4 night trip staying in a premium room (1146) Communication before arrival was great, check in very smooth, room and resort was spotlessly clean. Breakfast and lunch on resort was good, a bit pricey but convenient. We ate offsite for dinner. Pools were the main attraction, our daughter loved the wave pool and the lazy river. The fireworks were an unexpected surprise. The only thing which didn’t work for us was the value of cabana, we only used for 1 day, cancelled the other days as we didn’t feel worth the money as the waiter never got to us as the last cabana (no. 15). Everything else was great and we would return!

    We visited Easter weekend for three nights in an executive king room. This was our first stay at an Omni. The kids loved the wave pool and the lazy river. The kid activities for Easter were fun, as were the fireworks. Prices for drinks and food at the pool were resort-high, as to be expected. The sushi was good, though the restaurant itself did not have as great of an atmosphere as David's, which had great food and a more lively atmosphere. The communication received from the resort was top notch, better than I have ever received from our usual Hilton, or any other resort. All in all, I would recommend this hotel for a visit.

    I found this place by searching "best lazy river in Orlando" and I was very pleased with the pools and the river... And that's about all I was impressed with. I think the rooms are average and  they need to focus on cleaning and housekeeping. My family checked in at the hotel for a 5 night stay, we made the long trek up to the 4th floor with a heavy cart, excited to stay at this resort. I opened the door and find the room was still dirty and un-changed from the previous visitor. I left the family up in the hall to go down to figure out the room. They apologized and gave me a room on a different floor, we switched rooms and we're sad to find it wasn't very clean (bathroom sink area was dirty on the counter) and there was only one towel) So I went back down stairs. Then we went out for dinner and on the way back in I went to scan my card for the parking gate ($26 a night) and it was not working. I checked with the desk again they explained that I just had to push a different button and I could get in without a key... So I'm not sure why I was paying for parking. Three visits to the front desk on the first night was not a great way to start the stay. The parking gate was up almost every time I came or went from the hotel so I didn't feel like it was a very secure lot. While at the pool, I stepped into the arcade room to look around, and it was filthy dirty. Trash on the ground, wrappers everywhere, dust and dirt packed under the machines. Like a gas station arcade. I went to the bathroom pool every day we were here and each day they were absolutely gross. I would compare them to a state park restroom. Smelly, visible mud on the ground, trash and TP everywhere. The internet and cable were in and out the whole time as well. One night, the cable and internet went out completely for a few hours. Housekeeping is very unpredictable as well, one morning they knocked at about 8am and then another day at 4pm. Hard to know when to be out of the room so they can change the sheets ect. I think this resort has so much potential, and I will probably try it again, but if these things are not addressed it's basically a La Quinta, with a 7-11 bathroom, and a nice pool.
