We stayed here in August, and picked it due to a Disney deal and the fact it’s one of the cheapest properties on the Disney roster. So the positives: - great transport options to all 6 Disney parks, and also only a short Uber from Universal and Seaworld - brilliant staff, friendly and so helpful - big pool, open late - fun theme, with giant football (the American kind) and tennis courts Things that could be better: - rooms are tired and basic- carpets threadbare / worn in places - food options were better than expected but still dominated by fried things and sweet things. Outside of dining plan things seemed very very expensive (a single can of Stella Artois was listed over $10 in the on-site shop) So it needs a facelift in places (the public areas are bright and cheerful, it’s the rooms that seem worn). We’d happily stay here again, and it’s a great option for anyone looking to stay on a Disney property . For the record we stayed in another more expensive resort many years ago and got an identically proportioned room.

    Absolutely amazing!

We stayed at the All Stars Sports Resort as a wedding anniversary treat. We stayed there for 11 nights in June. On arriving at the hotel, we were greeted by warm, welcoming and enthusiastic cast members on the check in desk. We mentioned our anniversary celebrations and were congratulated and given lovely pin badges to wear (we wore them every day and were always congratulated throughout our days in the parks, etc and it was lovely). We were staying in a preferred room in the 'surfs up' part of the resort and our room overlooked the gorgeous pool. The room was very comfortable and spacious and the beds were great and plenty big enough. The Disney Magic all around the resort takes your breath away, its amazing. We were even treated to unexpected surprises by the resort Cast Members throughout our stay to celebrate our anniversary, it made it so special! The All Stars music resort shares a car park with the Sports resort and is very easy to walk between the two and well worth a look around. The resort buses are brilliant and make it so easy to get to all the parks and Disney Springs. The buses start early and run until really late too. The cast members at the resort are amazing, including the resort manager who was so polite- they really do work so hard to make your stay there magical- the level of service they offer will be tough to beat! The shop in the resort is well stocked with merchandise and essentials, such as toiletries and medicines. The food court is absolutely brilliant and caters for all tastes and is very reasonably priced- we ate here quite a few times and the quality of the food every time was great and they also cater for allergies. Theres a huge choice of food and drink here (beware- the cocktails are strong!) The pool area was usually bustling (we found it quietest in the morning), but even when busy we never struggled to find somewhere nice to sit and there are plenty of clean pool towels available by the pool so that you don't need to take your own. The main pool is enormous and there is a second large pool at the other end of the resort which was also really lovely and fun. The food court and bar also have plenty of seating both inside and out. There are ice machines and vending machines dotted around the resort in the rooms areas and the rooms also have fridges which are handy for drinks etc. We honestly can't wait to return to this resort as it offered wonderful value for money, exceptional facilities and service from the Cast Members and that Disney Magic that you can't find anywhere else. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend it- we have visited Disney a few times, but this was our first time staying on resort and it really is out of this world! Thank you to the All Stars Sports Resort for making our anniversary extra special!

My sons love sports and this was the first time at All Star Sports. We had a preferred room for four days in the touchdown section on the 3rd Floor. The room location was great, it was actually very quiet. However, the room needs some seriously updating. The outlets are very loose and some didn''t even work, the painting was horribly done, there were sections that seemed the painter was in a hurry. Stains on the chairs and floor, ripped curtians. Dirty and dusty a/c vents and return. Really, it needs a total redo. There wasn't any hand soap. I also requested a vip cleaning because of my sons' dust and dander allergies. It wasn't done. And I know it wasn't done because there was a layer of dust on top of the tv cabinet. I had to wipe everything down with Clorox wipes. Housekeeping knocked on our door the day before we left and kept questioning which day we were leaving. Communication needs to improve in housekeeping. They also need to clean the rooms better. The safe is still locked by a key. Food was actually good, I had a turkey panini and it was very yummy. Kids had pizza and pasta which was also tasty. The only issue was the serving cast members. They seemed to have no life in them, food took forever. The surfer pool was a lot of fun, not crowed and lots of room. Game room was fun, kids had a blast. Many of the cast members were super friendly and great. Gift shop is stocked well, but there isn't much selection for non Disney snacks. The other value resorts have more of a selection. They also had cases of water, sports didn't. (Do not drink the free water at quick services, the tap water doesn't taste clean) The buses merge with the other All Stars resorts in the morning. At night there are separate buses but there are so many people waiting to return back. We used the Minnie Van service twice which was convenient but expensive! Parks were fun, but watch out, Magic Kingdom is super crowded. It rained a lot and many of the outside rides were closed which made the other rides insanely long even with a fast past! Overall All Stars Sports was fun and a good value for the price. Need to clean and update rooms. I"m not sure I would stay again, maybe to Pop Century at the updated rooms. Lastly, year after year Disney standards slowly declined. I see and feel it, it's not the same. Resorts and Parks are dirty and worn out. Guest have gotten obnoxious and have no manners or respect for others. Casts members don't seem happy. It's sad, we love Disney World, but the vibe has differently changed.

I took my son to The All-Star Sports resort the first week of August for a father/son vacation and it was the best time I have ever had. It was everything that we needed to explore WDW and have a place to stay and also a place to eat. I was never a "Disney" person till this trip and part of it was the great service that we received from the resort. I am a "Disney" person now and plan on going down regularly and staying there. I also had a problem with being overheated from the Sun and High Temperatures and the people working the front desk were amazing helping me. THANK YOU! THANK YOU! THANK YOU!

    Nice place to stay

As value resorts go, All Star Sports is one of my favourites. Their food court is one of the better ones, the rooms are appropriately themed and decorated and everything is close. There is a pool close to each section of the resort. Regardless of whether you’re staying in the Surfboard area or the Football area, a pool is close by and the entrance is never far. It does EXACTLY what it needs to do for the amount of time you’re staying.
