We stayed here celebrating my wife’s birthday at Universal Studios. Clean rooms, friendly and knowledgeable staff. Quick shuttle options to the parks. There’s a walking pathway to the parks but take my advice….save those steps and take the shuttle. Your feet will thank you at the end of the day. We really enjoyed our stay and the bar/restaurant on the 17th floor was excellent. Highly recommended for couples looking for the park convenience but don’t necessarily need a theme park hotel vibe. We will definitely visit again.
Great Universal hotel

Excellent stay at Aventura Hotel. Rooms: clean room and bathroom. Lots of windows which (mostly) makes up for dim lighting . Clean and minimalist. Mattresses were comfortable. iPad controls the tv, thermostat, and (most) lights. Room includes iron/ironing board, safe, mini fridge (no freezer), and hair dryer. Bathroom provides shampoo, soap, and conditioner - no lotion. Pool was nice, as we were there in Feb. it was not too crowded but by late afternoon it was warm enough to sit by the pool and even the water was a nice temperature. If possible, skip on the food options in the lobby unless in a pinch. They're overpriced, which you should assume but you won't know that for sure as no price tags are displayed. (On principle I don't shop in stores that do this.) Location relative to the parks/City Walk is ideal. You can walk there via the garden path in about 20 minutes, you can take the boat (6 minute ride, and generally a very short wait), or you can take a shuttle but (10-ish minutes but a longer wait and an inconvenient drop-off location unless you are only going to City Walk. I would definitely stay here again, were I to return.
Modern, Classy and Comfortable!

We changed hotels last minute while in Orlando, and chose Aventura because of a planned day at Universal Studios. This hotel did not disappoint us. It was convenient to take the bus to Universal Studios. The food options were great, and the close proximity was convenient for dinner at Saphire Falls one night. The room had everything we needed and we loved the room controls on the IPad. We’ll be back to stay here again.
A great stay at Aventura

Our family of four stayed at Aventura resort in February 2024. We had two bedrooms one with a king and one with two queens in the deluxe category. The amenities were fantastic in the whole resort including the pool area, the food court and the lobby. The Starbucks in the lobby proved to be very much needed each morning as we made our way to the parks. Our king bedroom was very much lacking in light. The only light that we had was from the main hallway and the bathroom. All of the other light sources had either been removed or were not functioning. The windows in the room did provide a lot of light during the day, but at night time it was very hard to see around our room. Our queen bedroom was for our children and it was perfect for them. If I had to stay there again, I would choose two queens as I felt like the king size room had a lot of unused space where the sofa bed was. We enjoyed the rooftop bar and had a great meal. My husband and I enjoyed cocktails on the roof with the view of Orlando and our daughters enjoyed the pool which is heated and found that there was very few people utilizing the pool area during our stay, which was very nice. The lifeguard staff were very friendly All of the staff that we encountered during our stay were very helpful, friendly and went out of their way to make sure that our stay was wonderful. We went to Universal Studios and Islands of Adventure for three days and we used the boat next-door at Sapphire Falls on two occasions and also used the walking path and shuttle. The boat at Sapphire Falls was very easy to find and a very quick walk from the resort. We also use the shuttle and it arrived every 10 to 15 minutes and was a very quick ride over to the park the walking path from the resort to the parks is a quick 15 minute walk. The walking path is lined with trees and pretty scenery, and also provided many signs along the way telling you where to go once you arrive at the park entrance. The walking path brings you right up to Margaritaville where there is a security line and we never waited. The next time that we stay at Universal Studios on property. We will definitely stay at Aventura hotel as we found it to be reasonably priced with great amenities and friendly staff .
Love it

This was our 4th visit and it is an amazing hotel. We love the atmosphere and the proximity to universal. Will be staying again in September. The food in the food court is also very good. Recommend the noodles form the wok station. The rooftop bar has the best views in the dark
