We were fortunate enough to be in Florida for a 2 weeks vacation at our family house in St. Petersburg. My brother in law had expiring DVC points and offered to let us use them for one night. We had a wonderful time at the resort. The pool was enjoyable and the room was wonderful. I looked to see if the the room had laundry and wished I had known that it did. Could have used it since our house does not. lol! My only complaint was the reliance on the app for everything. We were able to get a dinner reservation at 9:50pm at the Polynesian and tried to change to something earlier and in our hotel. My husband’s biggest complaint was having to drive to dinner because the resort transportation does not run late enough to bring us back after dinner. It ended up being fine but since we had never been there we were unsure if it would be an issue. My feeling is that I should not have to call an Uber on property when we are eating on property. It was a nice resort. Rooms was comparable to our Hilton Grand Vacation rooms.

We have stayed in lots of DVC units. Some are a little older some are newer. This is definitely older. That being said it was well maintained and very clean. As an older couple I prefered this location to Saratoga Springs or Old Key West as it is smaller so it it is easier to get around. Also I feel like the size of the pool is appropriate for the number of units. It is also quieter than the Boardwalk which we liked as well. For us it was perfect. We had a one bedroom that was well equipped. The unit was clean and all the appliances seemed newer and in well working order. The rest of the kitchen items were in pristine condition. We would stay here again.

We traveled to Disney for a long weekend and were assigned to a one bedroom villa. Premium price and very outdated, poor quality accommodation. Nothing to look at out the windows, noisy between rooms, odd bathroom layout. I do not recommend this resort at all.

Disney Boulder Ridge deluxe studio villa

We stayed at one of the deluxe studios and was disappointed. The room was on the 3rd floor all the way down with a view of the garbage. The cost of this place did not match the accommodations. We have stayed at much nicer hotels for way less money. Honestly we have never stayed at a hotel as expensive. The only pro was the proximity to Magic Kingdom. We had arrived to the lodge after staying at a Marriott timeshare in Palm Beach which was has down so much better including the mattress in the pull out couch. I am surprised people continue to pay the amount we paid to stay at deluxe studio. We did express our disappointment and were moved to first level studio. The tv didn’t work so they ended up replacing it or so they say. It did work after they did. Needless to say we will never stay again at the deluxe studios at Boulder Ridge. We had contemplating moving to Art of Animation as at least the price of the rooms likely would have marched the accommodations a bit more adequately. I did take a photo of the view from the 3rd floor however it says the photo is too big to attach.

This resort is absolutely beautiful. The lobby, the room, the views, everything. We were upgraded to a one bedroom and it was one of the nicest rooms we've stayed in. The bed was very comfortable and we had a great view off the balconies. Most of the castmembers were very kind and friendly. The pool area is very nice as well. Whispering canyon was delicious and we will definitely go again. The roaring fork was good pretty standard quick service, but the campfire cupcake was so good I wish we brought one home! The boat to magic kingdom was so convenient and a nice way to start and end your day. The bus service was fine pretty standard. Overall we loved it here and can't wait to be back!
