    While vactioning in PV we ate at hiroshi twice. Cristian, Jose, and Abraham tailored every bite of food and sip of a beverage to our personal preferences, while making excellent suggestions and serving off the menu novelties. The food is stellar. Each dish was befter than the one before. I highly recommend any sashshimis that your server recommends. Specialty drink menu has lots of options that actually have flavor and arent a cancun sugar bomb. The salzerita is perfecto. Don't miss out on the hiroshi experience.

    We visited Garza Blanca with a party of 19 people & not a single one of us can find something to complain out. Truly was a great place to stay with great service & staff. We had two separate nights of reservations (for a party of 2) at Hiroshi. The first night we had amazing service from Cristian - he brought us some dishes that were the chef’s favorite and weren’t on the menu. The second night of eating at Hiroshi in Hotel Mousai we had Abraham and Jose both of whom exceeded expectations with wonderful service. Ordering the waiters recommendations/favorites is definitely the way to go! Cristian, Abraham, & Jose thank you for a wonderful time at Hiroshi - we’ll be back!

    Our first trip out of the country after Covid and we couldn’t have picked a nicer place to stay. The property is beautiful, spa was amazing and relaxing, our suite had a huge deck with a hot tub, hammock, and ocean view. We went on the guided hike which was nice, but I was really grateful for our guide and EMT because I got scared by the skinny trails and steep mountain. Both were patient and helped me down safely. The food was delicious. Service was AMAZING. Everyone we met was so kind and helpful. Especially Abraham and Franco at the Japanese restaurant. They were funny and attentive and let us enjoy our meal at a leisurely pace! Concierges helped with everything we needed... taxis, reservations, extra sunblock. The only bummer was the sales pitch for “not a time share.” It was yucky and put a damper on our last day, but we were able to walk away fairly easily. Would love to go back as a visitor.

    We typically stay at Fairmont or Four Seasons whenever possible; this was our first all-inclusive experience. The hotel is gorgeous; the ocean views from the room were incredible. We did not need a corner suite, #6105 had a full frontal view, with the balcony having a step-down, built in-ground private spa; simply amazing! Regarding the service - it's clearly unsurpassed! Carlos Ramos was our butler - he's like the 'everywhere man' - always readily available to assist with whatever we need, anything possible to make our stay remarkable (it was!); very kind and just an amazing human! The staff at the Spa were all wonderful as well; we took advantage of their daily rejuvenation experience; it was a beautiful way to start the day! The Rooftop pool/bar became our daily habit - the view is incredible; the food is excellent; the drinks amazing but the service - unsurpassed by any hotel we've ever stayed in! A special shout out to both Gabriel and Enrique - both gents went out of their way to anticipate our needs and wants! The cooks/bartenders etc are obvious experts in their fields! I must also mention the Happy Trolley driver, who carted us and others around also has the best attitude We dined at Bocados steak house and Blanca Blue - excellent food and service there as well. We also really enjoyed the fact that room service was available 24/7 and the service was super fast! Yes - we will gladly stay at Hotel Mousai again - hopefully very soon!

    Excellent experience at Hiroshi at Hotel Mousai. Jose and Irving went above and beyond to make for an incredible dining experience. They were attentive, kind, and delightful. We will certainly be back!
