We had a 6 night stay and had a great time! We didn’t do The Level during booking but we did it during check in due to a fair offer. We’ve stayed at another Meliá property and were familiar with how it worked. Alejandro our butler made the experience very enjoyable!
Great time at Melia Punta Cana Beach

Amazing stay. Lots of positives to mention: The Beach/Location, our conceirge Alejandro was amazing, the spa awesome, beautiful grounds My only real complaint is with overall food quality and need for more entertainment. We anticipated those going in based on other hotel feedback, and we felt the price we paid matched that.

My husband and I just returned from an amazing, relaxing holiday @ Melia Punta Cana Resort - Wellness. This was our first time at this resort. The whole staff was exceptional. Friendly, polite and helpful; with a special shout out and Thankyou to our personal concierge Alejandro Estrella. He always went the extra mile to make us feel taken care of and comfortable and it was always nice to have a warm greeting from him whenever our paths crossed. The resort is beautiful with many activities - loved the yoga, sound baths, aquafit, silent disco, night time entertainment and the SPA exceeded all of our expectations but it is definitely the STAFF that have made us want to choose this resort to come back to next year. Thanks for making this a seamlessly relaxing stay from start to finish. ??

We spent a great week at this resort with no complaints. We stayed at the Level side. Food and drink were excellent. The staff were all so friendly and very attentive. We enjoyed the beach, the sea, the pool and the restaurants and even in spite of a day’s bad weather found plenty to do. Our concierge, Janfrey de Jesus (aka MJ) was excellent, he was so helpful with restaurant reservations and even arranged a surprise celebration for us. We hope it won’t be too long before we can return and enjoy more time at this resort
