The resort is located in the heart of the Riviera Maya and features two large lake-shaped pools, a children's water park, a 36-hole golf course, as well as a beautiful beach location. I went with my family to the Bahia Principe Grand Coba and we had a great experience overall. The accommodation was clean all the time, and most of the staff are very friendly. We stay for 9 nights and we had a very pleasant experience. I want to highlight the kind and personal customer service of Aure, Manuel and Karina who works at Kulkucan restaurant and made our breakfasts and lunches an incredible experience. If you are looking for a friendly and wonderful people these are the people who you should look for. They were always trying to find ways to serve us fast and were always making nice toys for my children such as a "paper duck" with my kids name which makes the whole experience even better. The only part for improvement in my opinion is the air conditioning at the restaurants. The hot weather and lack of AC, makes the food experience a little bit unpleasant. The Indian restaurant was worse than a sauna and there was no way to open the Windows which made me end my dinner faster than expected due to the higher temperature. Overall it was a great experience and we would return to the hotel.

It was our first time visiting Mexico and we are glad we booked this hotel. We enjoyed our stay in this resort! it is a huge hotel and its connected to other hotels. Beach was amazing and over all the experience was great! I do recommend staying here if you haven't already!
