More amenities of your choice should be included for the high cost of stay. Other nice hotels and resorts have breakfast included, high quality of coffee included in suites. Choices of outdoor activities included to make the most out of your stay.

It was disappointing from beginning to end. We were quoted different prices. Told rooms were sold out. However, upon arrival realized the place was empty and the front desk informed us there were several rooms available. We were only staying for a night. Over-priced!! Under served!! Never again. And never will I recommend this resort.

TL; DR; Housekeeping threw away my daughter's treasured bear, hotel offered $20 Housekeeping quality is inconsistent, and staff will barge into rooms. Rooms are filthy EVERYTHING costs money and is expensive, ZERO value for the $35/day resort fee Hidden $100/day hold of funds for incidentals Overpriced and Underwhelming The first night my son had a bloody nose. We told housekeeping and they came in and just pulled up the corners, balled it all up and took it out. It wasn't until later that night that we realized that they took my daughter's bear. Her security blanket, best friend, etc. I immediately notified the front desk and they said they would contact housekeeping. I did not hear back so I went to the front desk and Alyx at the front desk called Housekeeping and was told that they didn't find anything, but would check with the crew in the morning and let us know. We spent the next week checking in multiple times and getting the same generic response. Alyx was very nice and understanding, but after finally insisting on speaking to management I was FINALLY given a straight answer that the bear was disposed of with the bloody bedding. Needless to say my daughter is CRUSHED! They offered to take $20 off the bill to pay for one of their knock off build-a-bears that my daughter got. If you've ever had a child you know just how irreplaceable those special friends can be. Had ANYONE just spent 30 seconds to check the sheets before OR after being taken, before being disposed, this could have been avoided. Instead we got the run around for 7 days, and they did the literal minimum possible to show how much they cared. Housekeeping was absolutely horrible the entire 10 day stay! The ONLY thing they were consistent about was pounding on the door at 830am, ignoring me YELLING to come back later in English AND Spanish and barging in anyway. One day we tried to get up early and get out, and they ended up walking in on me almost naked. They would sometimes sweep the floor, and sometimes sweep it well. A few times they mopped, and a few times they even made BOTH beds! I think the sheets were only changed 2-3 times the entire stay, and I saw no mention of trying to be eco friendly or anything like that, and certainly no option to opt in or out. I felt that I was LIVING in sand at all times. There was always sand on the floor and in the bed and did not make for a comfortable sleep. They left me a dirty (bloody) towel one day (several days after my son, so it was NOT left over, or transfer). They replaced the coffee and water 3 times the entire trip. When you check in an additional $100 per night is held on your card for "incidentals". From what I overheard, NO ONE knew of this before checking in unless they had previously stayed there. The $35/night "resort fee" seems to cover nothing, not even parking, which is another $25/night. Maybe the resort fee is supposed to cover the golf cart Ubers they have. You can call and have a golf cart pick you up and take you somewhere on the property. Sometimes it was nice, other times I sat there waiting for 10+ minutes waiting for a ride. Several times the front desk person was quite rude, and they and/or the driver seemed annoyed we called for a ride. The offer laundry, for $3.00 per load, and you can buy overpriced soap at the market. Bundles of wood are $16, or $4.50 at Ralph’s. You can rent bikes and things to ride around the property (for a price of course). The rooms were OK. Nothing special. We had two Queen beds. Mattresses were comfortable. Pillows were down filled and nice. There were plenty of places to store clothes and things. There was a small "bar" area with a TINY fridge. We bought some stuff at Ralph's to eat, but we could barely fit anything into the fridge. The fridge started freezing everything and we had to call maintenance to turn it down, and they turned it ALL the way down, so then things were barely cold. There was a coffee maker, coffee and water on the bar. Honestly, my last room at the Residence Inn is every bit as nice, much cleaner, and consistently cleaned. Toilets were low flow type, and we had to flush multiple times after going to the bathroom. The bath could not be used as a bath. The first 7 days when we turned it on the shower turned on and we couldn't get it to switch to the faucet. Even if we did the drain wouldn't close. The last few days something happened, and the faucet turned on instead of the shower, but since we couldn't close the drain it didn't matter. The grounds overall are large and very well maintained daily (much better than the rooms). Pools always look good and are clean. The only pool with any food/drink available there is the Main Pool. While I was there it was not open during the week, and only open until 530 or 6 on the weekend. REALLY?! Overall, I was less than impressed with the place. It was grossly overpriced, service was extremely sub-par and not worth it. Money would be spent a few miles down on Hotel Circle, and in the MANY bars and eateries surrounding those hotels.

become more aware of the environment not washing towels and using water unnecessarily. They should have a sign you can put outside your door just to make up the beds not changed all the towel.Maybe allot more recycling bins
