A fantastic two week holiday at Serenity! The rooms all have their own private gate which leads to an outdoor area with a plunge pool, sun loungers and outside bar area. It would be great if parasols could be provided. The rooms inside are lovely and spacious and housekeeping standards are excellent. While you are there you have a Butler who is on hand for anything you need. Our Butler was Ethan who does an outstanding job, he checked on us daily to see if we needed anything. All meals are a la carte at ‘The Greathouse’. The team who work there are excellent, a special mention to Hannah, Tyler and Sabby, who are some of the loviest people I’ve ever met, they work hard to make people feel welcome and provide excellent levels of service. The food in the restaurant is excellent, fresh fish, seafood and lots of nice meat. There are also different evening events, BBQ, gala dinners and live music almost every night. There is a lot to do while you’re there, we did rum tasting, wine tasting with Kevin and sushi making with Lucy who is one of the chefs, all really fun and enjoyable! We also did some trips to Soufrière, volcanos, mud pools and waterfalls. A we did the rainforest zip lines and travelled there in buggies, so much fun! If you’re looking for a holiday with a bit of luxury then I’d recommend this hotel, I would not hesitate to book again!

Went to Serenity with my husband and two friends. We had the best week ever. Perfect mix of relaxation and excursions. We enjoyed the island volcano/mud bath tour and the catamaran snorkelling, but the sunset cruise was the most spectacular. The beach is beautiful and perfect for daily walks. The water is a bit choppier than the Caribbean side, but it is warm and good for a nice dip. Our beach cabana day was a highlight. The pool is a haven and there are never concerns about availability of chairs, no matter the time of day. The cocktails and drinks are amazing, as are the bartenders. The entertainment was well thought-out and enjoyable. The Greathouse food is as good as everyone says - you will forget that you are at an all-inclusive. Lastly, the people that work at Serenity are fantastic and really do go out of their way for you. Special shoutout to Kimberly, Nerissa, Kevin, Roy, Charles and Jonathan the Coconut man. Loved Serenity and we will be back!

If you are looking for a honeymoon destination (or any couples getaway) THIS IS THE PLACE! We were so well taken care of the entire time and could not have enjoyed our stay more. Food - every single meal was incredible. From breakfast, to fancy dinners, to bar bites, and anything in between, truly everything was delicious and well prepared. Excursions - the resort works with a specific taxi company for all excursions outside the resort and everyone we met was super friendly. Our couples escapade excursion was seamless - our driver took us safely to all the destinations and even took pictures for us along the way! (If Amos is your driver, you’ll get tons of great photos and good vibes!) People - most importantly, everyone at this resort is friendly, kind, genuine, and always ready to help. We were shocked when our “shot in the dark” request for an hdmi converter was fulfilled (& quickly!). Anything we asked for was quickly taken care of with a smile. Special shoutout to McCarthy who stepped in and took care of us when our original butler was home sick. He was always stopping by to say hello and see if we needed anything and just brought good energy! Anxious traveling girlies - this is where you want to go! The people are nice, the food is incredible, it’s like your own little slice of paradise at this resort.

Serenity is by far the best place we have ever stayed. They have thought of every detail. Our butler MCCarthy took very good care of us, as did all of the wait staff and bar tenders, especially Ray and Kevin. We thought this was a once in a lifetime trip, but we know we will be back.

Sorry so late in placing a review, can't believe we've been back for over 2 weeks, and it hasn't stopped raining here in the UK, gggrr, sooooo want to return. Anyway, thank you to you all for making our 2nd stay wonderful, can't fault anything, our room was lovely, housekeeping great, as were all the bar & restaurant staff, and our butler Kert, well he was FAB U LOUS! Food was great, entertainment very good, and thanks for some gorgeous weather!
