Short drive or shuttle to Lake Louise. Not a bad drive to sunshine, so location is great. With the breakfast added to the room rate (special) the price point was good as was the breakfast. Hot tub was great at the end of the day. Dinner menus not quite as strong as breakfast but enjoyable. All staff were super friendly and helpful.

Upon my preparation work/pleasure for this long trip and drive (SUV 4x4) from Edmonton through Calgary, Banff, Lake Louise, Revelstoke, Kamloops and Vancouver, I was extremely fortunate to discover "Lake Louise Inn" , with its SPLENDID images of wood construction with high wooden ceilings ! The building itself revealled to be an extremely confortable Winter Inn lodging , with very atractive interior design layouts and areas, serving a very good hot buffet breakfast , together with an amicable and efficient service by recepcionists and restaurant'crew . I'm sure that the splendid and vast snow "cushion" that covered buildings, roads, trees and vehicles with its white thick camouflage helped or contributed to enhance the confort of this Mountain Inn , but surely that in Summer , the lack of snow will (would) not lower its Excelent value less than Very Good ! (Just one help to the managment of Lake Louise Inn : I believe that the carpets in rooms are not antistatic : Me and my wife exchanged some electric schocks when in the room !)

During our annual spring break snowboarding trip to Lake Louise, we always choose to stay at this hotel, and it never disappoints. Its prime location just a 6-minute drive from the ski resort makes it incredibly convenient. The hotel boasts two excellent restaurants, perfect for refueling after a day on the slopes, and the swimming pool with a hot tub is a relaxing way to unwind. What's more, the prices are very reasonable for the quality of service and amenities offered. The hotel managers are always friendly, helpful, and accommodating, ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable stay every time. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Lake Louise for winter sports or just a peaceful mountain getaway

Very nice little place tucked in the mountains. We’ve stayed here twice and will definitely be back! The waiter Jordan at the breakfast buffet was amazing and so good to my 3 year old son ! Was a great experience ! We really enjoyed ourselves and can’t wait to return!

Spacious room for our crew of six (3 adults & 3 young children). Really great location just minutes from the ski hill. Parking at the ski hill is a bit of a headache, so I definitely recommend the shuttle that the hill operates & comes right by the inn. The breakfast buffet is really good! We had supper at both Explorers & Timberwolf - overall we much preferred the food at Explorers, & even the service & atmosphere was better in my opinion. The staff are wonderful! A particular gentleman (tall, dark hair - sorry I didn’t catch his name) who was in Legends restaurant (where the breakfast buffet is served) every day we were there, was especially kind, accommodating & generous to our kids, which we so appreciate! He spoke with our kids directly, brought them little extras/ add ons (at no extra charge) to make their experience yummy, nice & fun! Our littlest stayed back with a family member during the days we skied; the family member said it was like walking around with a Taylor Swift - everyone knew our little’s name, asked how he was doing, if he needed anything, even gave him a couple of treats?? It was my first time at this location, & I was really happy & impressed! Especially if you have a family of over four people, this is a great option in my opinion??
