Very nice property. Overall our trip was good. Made two trips to the steak restaurant because the first one was so winderful. On our second visit after ordering the same meal we were a bit disappointed. The steak was tough and not edible. Additionally the mosquitoes outside while dining were bad. (They did bring bug spray to the table however upon noticing that they were an issue and immediately moved people inside that requested) Property was clean and rooms were well kept. Bar staff was attentive and servers on the beach kept the drinks coming (tip or no tip) ***we tipped! If I had one suggestion it would be to pay more attention to the beach area. The sand could be “groomed” better. We saw someone with a sand sifter tractor but we felt the beach could be a bit cleaner. The wooden steps and decks leading to the beach should also be updated. All in all we were happy with our decision to come to this property. We have visiting probably 10 different resorts in this same area and would rank this on 7/8 out of 10.

We stayed a week for our anniversary and had THE best vacation. We splurged on a swim out suite serenity club room and really loved it. The food, service and amenities were worth every penny! The one con was that my fiancé planned to purpose to me here and spoke with staff months in advance to make it extra special, then day of was told they couldn’t do anything they said they would. He just had to wing it and it ended up just as special without all the bells and whistles but just a heads up to anyone looking to do grand gesture or romantic proposal. Overall we always say we’d go back!

We went on our honeymoon and had a fantastic time! Entertainment: Cristina was a fantastic MC, she challenged us to sing and we sang two songs!! Pepe made the activities very funny and encouraged participation. Everyone learned how to toast - arriba, abajo, al centro y pa dentro!!! Hospitality: Sara (our serenity butler) was very helpful - even helping find things that seemed impossible! She made the visit very intimate and valuable. She made reservations for us for dinner. Raquel kept the room clean all week with cute notes.

Sara (our butler), Humberto (another butler), Raquel (housekeeper) and Cristina and Pepe (cabaret MC) are the best! Very great and caring staff who pay attention to us and our needs. Food was great. Many great restaurants (you had to make a reservation for dinner time). This was our first time for our honeymoon (April 7-12, 2024). The hotel partnered with Amstar for our shuttle to, and from the hotel to the airport. We also booked the Amstar for our excursion, which was also great. We were Serenity club members which we booked accidentally but we after this experience, we are coming back again as Serenity club members with our butler Sara. Would come back again

Great for a quiet relaxing vacation. Christina and Alfredo in entertainment were great. Pools were clean, drinks were great, weather was amazing. Pools are open 24/7 and there are two great pools to choose from. The staff were extremely friendly always have a smile on there faces and ready to have a great time!
