It's a family resort, but just my wife and I went. What a wonderful time we had. The resort is beautiful, and there are many things to do, but the staff is what really made the trip. Rudolfo, the Sommelier helped us learn about wine and tequila to an entire new level for us. Fidel somehow seemed to be everywhere and was always addressing any needs. Natalia at the front desk was great and gave us a wonderful rundown at the start and Ramon was always available helping us make the most of our stay. The club portion has a more private pool and bar with top shelf liquor and the bartender Armando made some of best drinks while we were there, and Christian was always helping as the club concierge. We did a private dinner on the beach and that was fantastic at sunset. Cindy was our host and waiter and was just great. Finally, Rocio was always encouraging us to take in the events. Each and every single person here was worth remembering their names. They are friendly, welcoming, helpful, happy, and certainly made me want to think about planning our next trip there. I just got back from a 7 day stay at this lovely resort. The food was great, with many choices. I went there last year to complete my Open Water Diver Certification, this year I returned to just dive and enjoy the resorts amenities. Dressel Divers has been a real gem of a company. Pamala remembered me instantly, and made sure I signed up for all the sights I wanted to see again. She is an amazing woman and made feel very well taken care of. Fede and Fernando were attentive Dive Masters making sure I had everything I needed as well as kept a good eye out for me at the dive sight. These two men are very knowledgeable and me me feel safe. I went on my first night dive this visit, Martin was my private Dive Master he held man hand when I needed it and made sure I saw everything there was to see from Octopus to Lobsters. This whole team is Fantastic. I’ll be going back next yeae

We had an amazing stay at Iberostar Cozumel. This place is true paradise. This is by far the best resort to stay if you are an avid diver looking for the easy access to the best reefs in the world with five star quality. In between dives you have so much to do and plenty of space to relax by the beach and or pool. The hotel staff and amenities are more than you could ever ask for in terms of cleanliness, diversity, and accessibility. We cannot say enough wonderful things about the staff. They were all so friendly and attentive. We booked a romantic dinner during our second night which was the most beautiful and romantic night of my life. It’s an absolutely gorgeous set up (think of a one on one date from the bachelor but better) and amazing food. Cindy was our server for this and she helped make it so special. I highly reccomend it for those who are looking to get engaged! The drinks and food are the best that any all inclusive resort would have to offer. I should also add this hotel has a vast amount of wildlife which we loved- parrots, flamingos, hawk, iguanas, turtles. We loved Pepe who greeted people in the lobby and was a super friendly bird. Lastly I have to give a huge shoutout to Calaki, the hotels tattoo artist (yes! There is a tattoo shop in the hotel that is AMAZING!) Calaki is an amazing artist who took the time to go through a design with me that I had been thinking about for a long time. She was able to accommodate me on our last day before we left for our flight. They are so incredibly talented and she made me feel so comfortable and cared for ! WE WILL BE COMING BACK HERE !!!

Service is not near as good as it has been. Was up charged for my room after I had booked through Apple Vacations. They now allow day passes to cruise lines so you stand in longer lines for food and beverage, and there are less beach chairs available. I’ll will look at different resorts for my next trips

Iberostar Cozumel is thus far my favorite all inclusive resort to go to. This was my second time there as I went in 2019. This resort has so much to offer it’s incredible. The staff there is amazing. Very friendly and honest with their guests. I got engaged there in 2019 and went back there to get married in 2024 because we loved the place so much. Truly a laid back island vibe kind of place. My air canada guides Raffael (2019) and Francisco (2024) were both very helpful with activities in the area. 100% will go again. Oh and for those wondering if it’s worth to go there if you don’t dive. My answer is ABSOLUTELY!! You don’t have to be a diver to enjoy yourself at this beautiful resort. Take it from me. I did not do any diving my first time there and saw ALOT of wildlife just at the resort beach/dock. But if you do dive, then this resort is 100% recommended. The diving will just enhance your trip by 1000!! Happy travelling!!
