Best staycation at the Embassy Suite Waikiki

Best hotel ever! Great customer service experience. Love the fact that they have live entertainment by the bar area with happy hour and free Breakfast Buffet. And instead of small shampoo and conditioners and lotion they have full size bottles ready for you to use as much as you need to use it. I would definitely stay here again. Hilton Honors comes in handy so make sure to get on that.

Nice hotel

The hotel is in a good location one block off the beach, near a lot of places to eat. Rooms are a little dated but a kept up nice. Really like the balcony off the room. had ocean view which was nice. Staff was nice checkin quick. ABC store across the street overall would stay here again.

Great hotel!

The room was super nice and the view was amazing. The pool was great and this was one of the only places to have a hot tub which was great. The towel guy, Otto, was super friendly and we had some great conversations. Very cool dude! Will be coming back!

Eric provided outstanding service. He went above and beyond to make sure the guests were taken care of and were comfortable. The Rooms were excellent, ways clean. The maids were always smiling and very friendly. The breakfast was awesome. Plenty of food and never ran out. Loved the omelet bar.

Terrible experience

We have had a horrible experience from day one. I am attaching the photos of the issues that occurred during the first night and second day. Day one: One of our pillows had a strange orange stain. I didn't say anything and instead decided we would not use that pillow. Later that evening I went to use the shower and found a long curly hair stuck on the shower curtain. Day two: The fan in the bathroom didn't appear to be working. Then the AC unit stopped working (the thermostat wasn't functioning and no changes could be made). Then we noticed a drip coming from the intake vent in the bedroom. The drip continued and got progressively worse. We let the front desk know at 9:30 this morning. When we returned from our time out (around 3:30) and checked in with the front desk. At the same time, our boys went up to the room and found our door wide open. They expected to find maintenance working on the vent, but no one was inside. They waited and about five minutes later a maintenance worker came in. I'd like to express my extreme frustration on how the maintenance left our room wide open for what we believe to be longer than an hour. This is ESPECIALLY UPSETTING because we had all of our valuables and personal belongings sitting out in plain sight. Anyone could have taken our things during this time.After speaking with the manager on duty, they were able to move us to another room, give us food vouchers for only $75 which is not enough for our family of 5, and 20,000 points. We spent ALOT of money on this trip for these issues to have occurred.
