Hilton Garden Inn Waikiki Beach

At arrival not a welcoming experience. No discounted/free parking. $45 for parking is extreme. No baggage carts or people to help with bags. In room, bed was extremely hard, pillows flat. Bedding smelled. No recommendations for food outside of hotel. In room paper guide looks cheap and not useful. Not breakfast. Could not locate ice or water machines. Will not come back.

The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly - everyone of them from the bellboy who just went out of his way to carry our heavy luggages and we had to wait til he came back the next day to give him his tip. Don’t upgrade to any views cause theres a huge construction going on right beside it. The rooms were super clean but really small. My room had a king bed so it filled the whole room with just a bed. It didn’t have a luggage rack so you have to open your luggages on the bed or on the carpet. There’s a balcony on all the rooms we got (3 rooms - 1 king, 1 double and 1 suite) they place a sticker to make sure no one comes in after its disinfected and you can really tell that the rooms were super clean. I was close to an exit door so I can hear it bang when it closes so stay away from corner rooms. The staff made a big difference. Overall it was ok. By the way, its easy access to the stores across the international market and a block and a half to the beach. Its also surrounded by ABC stores. Theres a shop downstairs and coffee shops and restaurants close by.

The hotel was great, it was clean and very close to everything. We loved our vacation with our friends and family. The room was very clean, the bed was comfortable and the bathroom was awesome. It was very close to everything, especially Waikiki beach.

Nice and clean. Friendly staff. Easy check in and check out. The room that we got had 2 full sized beds which would be much better if it was queen size. The room was a little too dark even with curtains open. Not enough lighting.

My friends and I stayed at the Hilton garden Inn. The parking (valet only) is pricey, but there is no where else to park in Waikiki so I understand it. The hotel was clean, low key, and the rooms were clean. I’d stay here again!
